Sub main: 2.5 sqmm Cu sub main: Supply and fixing of FR type Finolex / Havells / Polycap / Mescab make 2 x (2.5 sq mm single core multistrand PVC insulated copper wire) alongwith same make 1 x (2.5 sq mm single core multistrand copper earth wire) alongwith pvc conduite or casing caping for sub main all as ordered.

Earting excavation: Labour only for excavation of earth in dense soil and returning filling in spreading,levelling,watering all as ordered.

Earth conductor: S/Fixing earth continuity conductor to wall or buried in ground or any other indicated situation for earthing of panel/machine 25mmx4mm G.I. strip all as ordered.

Earthing-M & L for earthing complete with medium class G.I. pipe electrode 40 MM dia. 2.5 meters length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground connected earthing lead by using 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip upto the test point and making of pit as shown in plate-2 alongwith alternative layer of charcoal and salt all as ordered.

G.I. Pipe: S/Fixing of G.I. pipe medium gauge 32 mm dia for cable protection all as ordered.

Air termination: Supply and fixing of Air Termination copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, single pointed at the top and rigid connection to the down conductor all as ordered.

Kit-kat fuse: Supply,fixing and connecting complete of one 15A flush type kit-kat fuse on 3mm thick laminated sheet covers with other switches and socket outlet all as ordered.

300x200x60mm GI switch board: Supply and fixing & connecting complete GI sheet metal box of suitable thickness and size 300X200X60 mm with bakelite top cover all as ordered.

Insulator support: Supply and fixing of insulator for running of lightening conductor through the roof ,wall,etc. height of work not more than 100 ft from ground level all as ordered.

Cable termination: M & Labour for cable end terminal joints any type complete suitable for pvc insulated 3/4 core armoured aluminium conductor cable upto 25 sq. mm size all as ordered.

Cable termination: M & Labour for cable end termination 50 to 120 sq mm armoured aluminium 4 core cable all as ordered.

High Bay light fixing: Labour only for fixing of LED high bay ( approx. height 25 ft max.) light fitting of any rating on wall or pole all as ordered.

Distribution panel: M & L for supply, erection and commisioning of outdoor type cubical of approx. size 1500mm height, 1000mm width, 300mm depth ground/floor mounted MS structure, front and rear hinged door with necessary locking arrangement and panel should be of CRCA sheet of 3mm thick duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint both internally and externally. Panel should have sufficient space for connecting of suitable rated armoured 4 core Al cable. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire system and complete with suitable capacity Al busbar (1.2 times the incoming switch gear current rating) internal wiring should be of suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles, cable glands complete as specified with the following accessories:- Incomer (a) MCCB,TP,415 volts, 50Hz, 36KA, 125A, Make-Siemens / Schneider / L&T / Legrand for each incomer. - 02 nos. (b) Three nos HRC fuses with base and carrier of rating 100A, 415 volts, after each MCCB incomer. - 02 set (c) Set of LED indication lamps (R,Y,B) at each incomer end-02 Set Outgoing (d) MCCB,3 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz, 16KA, 40A, Make- Siemens / Schneider / L&T / Legrand.-04 Nos (e) MCCB,3 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz, 16KA, 40A. LED letter repairing: M & L for repairing of LED signage board letters of size 20cm to 36cm at different height maximum upto 25 ft all as ordered.

Driver unit: S & F of driver unit of rating 230VAC/12VDC,40A max.,480W for LED sign board.
