There are 3 attachments in etender namely Technical Bid,Finanacial Bid and Tender Acceptance Letter.The Financial Bids will be taken up only if the technical specifications are found satisfactory; otherwise the Tender will be straight way rejected. Aspiring Bidders who have not enrolled in e-procurement shall enroll before participating through the website. The portal enrolment is free of cost. Bids shall be submitted only on website provided by the government,hard copy of Tender will not be accepted.
