Labour Charge:

Earth Pit of the size of 1-meter diameter and 3-meter depth shall be excavated, after depth of 3 meter the size of excavation shall be 900X300X900mm depth.Plate Electrodes shall be instralled in vertical position.At bottom 150mm layer of salt and charcoal power shall be installed, then Plate shall be installed.The plate/pipe electrode, as far as practicable, shall be buried below permanent moisture level but in no case less than 2.5 meter below finished ground level.600 mm × 600 mm × 6 mm copper plate buried at a depth of 8 ft in vertical position with the pit filled with alternate layers of charcoal and salt up to 4 ft from bottom.The copper plates shall be connected to 65X6mm GI earth strip and 75X6 mm copper strip by 6'' long brass nuts and bolts, check nuts & washer no less than two points and the joints shall be protected by heavy coat of bitumen.After installation the earth result should be less than 1 Ohm.

Laying of G.I. Strip 65X6 mm with proper L shape bending included with face to face welding and jointing with 6'' long brass nuts and bolts, check nuts & washer.

Laying of Copper Strip 75X6 mm with proper L shape bending included with face to face Jointing with 6'' long G.I. nuts and bolts, check nuts & washer.
