Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 50 cm square in plan, height 1.40 metre above ground level and 0.50 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos of angle iron of size 25x25x5 mm 1.9 long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x5 mm 1.4 long. The vertical members shall be welded to 4 nos 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD / PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two coats of paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

Supplying and spreading of sand in lawn area, including watering, and dressing complete.

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing & laying Selection no. 1 doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly,as per direction of officer in charge

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (twice in a year 11150 sqm * 4 times=44600sqm)

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. (65 sqm * 12 months = 780)

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features of permanent office accomodation having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. ( 1 mali for 1.25 Acre ) ( 1350sqm * 12 months = 16200sqm)

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features of play grounds / public parks having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. ( 1 mali for 2 Acre ) ( 1600sqm * 12 months = 19200sqm)

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features of open spaces having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. ( 1 mali for 3 Acre ) ( 8200sqm * 12 months = 98400sqm)

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features) Trees (up to 4& up to 3 year slow & fast growing group), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. ( 344 nos * 12 months = 4128 nos)

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features) Trees (up to 4-8 & 5-6 year slow & fast growing group ) up to 3 year slow & fast growing group), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. ( 208 nos * 12 months = 2496 nos)

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features) Trees (beyond 8 year slow & beyond 6 fast growing group) , jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. ( 321 nos * 12 months = 3852 nos)

Maintenance of Potted Plants at Nursery in Earthen pot including resetting/ displaying at Nursery, inculding watering, weeding, hoeing, colouring,transplanting the damaged pots and disposal of generated garbage at specified place as per direction of officer-in-charge. (Note:-Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide & pesticide will be provided by the department) (Earthen pot 2000 nos)(3182*12= 38184)

Maintenance of earthen potted plants in displayed at ground floor only in bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (For Earthen pot 750 Nos) ( 625 nos * 12 months = 7500 nos)

Maintenance of cement potted plants at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (For of Cement pots 300 no) ( 80 nos * 12 months= 960 nos)
