Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. For Hard rock (blasting prohibited),

Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags (Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling R.C.C. work on spillway glacis & bucket areas to maintain 50 cm thickness of top surface concrete including cutting of shear keys of size 1.00 mx 0.30 m and 0.45 m deep manually/ by mechanical means with necessary precautions including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Drilling 38mm diametre holes and installing of 25mm dia anchor bar including grouting of holes with high performance resin compound for proper anchorage of connecting anchor bar as per drawing and technical specification or as directed by engineer -in-charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work, excluding cost of anchor bar. (The reinforcement will be paid seperately)

Supplying, fitting and placing of anchor 25 mm dia bars {(TMT(Fe-500)}, 150 cm into old concrete & 80 cms in fresh concrete with L-Hook to Spillway reinforcement @ 500 mm c/c staggered as per drawing and technical specification or as directed by engineer -in-charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Applying solvent free, high potlife & versatile epoxy bonding agent on spillway glacis, bucket area & pier faces as per direction of E/I for bonding of new to old concrete including all cost of material, labour, scaffolding and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Micro Alloyed Cement Concrete (M-40 and above grade) work for repair of RCC work stairs and all old structres including labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work. Including supply of all material, labour etc. required for proper completion of work.

Application of special mortar for protection of pier faces (about 1.50 m height from bottom) after repair & application of bonding agents (paid separately) as per direction of E/I over micro concrete including all cost of material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications With Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump for PCC Grade M25 (for cavities/ deep holes in bucket area, CC Block etc.) including all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open oundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications,With Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump for RCC Grade M25.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT(Fe-500) bar reinforcement on spillway glacis (20mm dia @ 20 cm C/C both ways) & bucket area (25 mm dia bars @ 30 cm C/C both ways) as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202.

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable helper/mali/beldar/mazdoor/labour for carrying simple type of repairing of all work including all T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work as per direction of engineer in charge but excluding cost of material. (work like stopping of leakage from spillway gate, cleaning and other misc work).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer for miscellaneous works of catwalk way, approach stair etc. all complete.

Hire charges of welding machine with single phase with welder, helper and electrodes etc. for cutting Straightening and welding of existing reinforcement as per direction of Engineer in chsrge complete with all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of Grade M90 in top 500mm thick layer including shear keys over Spillway glacis & bucket area as per requirement of technical specifications to achieve design profile of the dam spillway glacis including the cost of centering and shuttering complete with all material labour, scaffolding, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and leakage from gates etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of pump, operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work.

Engaging and operation of one no. Hydraulic excavator cum loader machine of bucket size 1 cum with one operator/driver and one helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide / excavation earth etc. in dry and wet condition complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip/earth etc., contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.

Removal of debris/waste material/ any other material/ waste material by sides of drains/rubbish on road side/park/dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley (Tractor with Trolley, driver, fuel etc.) within the specified colonies as directed by the Engineer-in- charge & includes safe disposal of the same outside the colony area at suitable dumping area including cost of all labour (minimum four nos. labours or more as required), T& P etc. required for proper loading/unloading and safe disposal of waste or any other material etc. required for the proper completion of the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Loading and unloading of stone boulder / stone aggregates / sand / kanker / moorum. (Placing tipper at loading point, loading with front end loader, dumping, turning for return trip, excluding time for haulage and return trip)

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh.1-9 opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 3 mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).

Random Rubble Masonry Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete as drawing and Technical Specification.
