Providing and fixing wire mesh ( for shortcrete ) of size (50x50mm) with 10 SWG steel wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by engineer-in-charge. Shotcreting in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineerin-Charge. 100 mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (As per CPWD DSR 2023, Code No.- 4.1.3)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Slip clearance (by manual means) of earth and boulders including disposal complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (As per PWD SOR Miscellaneous 2022, Code No.- 1-10-4)

Engaging and operation of one no. Hydraulic excavator cum loader machine ( preferably JCB) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide / excavation in dry and wet condition complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NSI)

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable Helper / Mali / Beldar / Mazdoor / Labour / Sweeper for carrying simple type of repairing of all work including all T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of material (NSI).

Removal of debris / waste material / any other material / waste material by sides of drains / rubbish on road side / park / dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley (Tractor with trolley, driver, fuel etc.) within the specified colonies as desired by the Engineer-in- charge & includes safe disposal of the same out side the colony area at suitable dumping area including cost of all labour (minimum four nos labour or more as required) T& P etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or any other material etc. required for the proper completion of the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (NSI).

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown etc., laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm, including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2023, Code No.- 11.37)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2023, Code No.- 11.41.2)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (As per CPWD DSR 2023, Code No- 14.72)
