Repair and Maintenance of Top cover:- Removal of damaged crack portion by deep cutting, grinding, welding by using rod SS 309 MO, complete filling of SS metal by SS 309MO welding rod on the labyrinth ring portion or replacement of new labyrinth ring where the runner to labyrinth ring gap 0.6mm to be maintained ( presently it is 1.86mm) as per OEM Drawings, complete machining of welded portion Complete in all respect including all man & material required for proper completion of work.

BOTTOM COVER:- Dismantling of Bottom Cover, fixing of spare Bottom Cover which shall be provided by UJVNL and testing -complete in all respect including all man & material required

GUIDE VANE ASSEMBLY:- Cleaning, adjustment, replacement of damaged O rings, Proper Setting of all 24 Nos of guide vanes according to the dimension in drawing ,link & lever drilling, tapping , reaming, replacement of damaged dowel pin & circlip, dry testing and operation- complete in all respect including all man and material required for proper completion of work.

Box up, Final Testing & Synchronization of Machine: - Complete reassembly of turbine components, leveling and alignment of complete turbine and generator assembly, checking healthiness of all panel related to Unit-II, after checking of all panel testing of machine in all respect & synchronization of machine with grid.
