Providing of RBM or Course Sand (As per SOR:2019-20 Item ID PM2211)

Providing of 12mm thick and 150mm wide S.S. Plate confirming to IS:304 including cost of cutting of SS plate but excluding cost of labour engage in cutting of SS plate (as already covered in item no.1).

Providing of 10mm thick and 150mm wide S.S. Plate confirming to IS:304 including cost of cutting of SS plate but excluding cost of labour engage in cutting of SS plate (as already covered in item no.1).

Welding of S.S. Plate of 12mm & 10mm thickness excluding cost of plate (as already covered at serial no. 5 & 6 ) by S.S welding electrodes including cost of welding electrodes,but excluding all labour,Jhula, sand filled bags Bundha, dewatering, grinding, T&P etc., required for proper completion of work (as already covered in item no.1).

Cast Iron welding including cost of C.I. electrodes but excluding all labour, welding, grinding, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (as already covered in item no.1).

Replacement of Bottom Seal with new one (Make: Indian Rubber) of Under sluice gate & Barrage gate including all fastener but excluding Labor for fixing of rubber seal on barrage gate ,T&P ,etc required for proper completion of work (as already covered at s. no.1), Scrap shall be the property of Nigam.

Rewinding of 5.0 HP motors it shall include, dismantling of motors, Cleaning of stator & rotor with cleaning agent & emery paper, rewinding with ISI mark super enameled copper wire of "F" class insulation & impregnation of same with insulating varnish & oven baking for moisture treatment including all material balancing of rotor, fixing of same on barrage structure but excluding Labour for fixing of motor on barrage structure,T&P ,etc required for proper completion of work (as already covered at s. no.1), Scrap shall be the property of Nigam.

Rewinding of 7.5 HP motors it shall include, dismantling of motors, Cleaning of stator & rotor with cleaning agent & emery paper, rewinding with ISI mark super enameled copper wire of "F" class insulation & impregnation of same with insulating varnish & oven baking for moisture treatment including all material balancing of rotor, fixing of same on barrage structure but excluding Labour for fixing of motor on barrage structure,T&P ,etc required for proper completion of work (as already covered at s. no.1), Scrap shall be the property of Nigam.

Complete repair & rewinding of Stator of 47 HP slip ring induction motor including taking out of motor from top of stop log gates gantry crane,Complete dismantalling of motor, Removal of burnt out copper winding from stator, Cleaning of stator with cleaning agent & emery paper including all material, T&P and labour etc. complete in all respect, rewinding with ISI mark super enameled copper wire of "F" class insulation & impregnation of same with insulating varnish & oven baking for moisture treatment including all material but excluding Labour,T&P ,etc required for proper completion of work (as already covered in item no.1), (Scrap shall be the property of Nigam).

Laying epoxy mortar/plaster in a ratio of 1kg. (Araldite Gy 257):1/2kg. (300 gm. hardener 2958+200 gm. hardener54): 6kg quartz sand including cost of all material, labour, T&P, Jhula etc. complete in all respect.

Repair of partial worn out under sluice / other bay track wheel body of under sluice /other bay gates by remetalling over damaged surface followed by grinding, turning, machining, polishing and finishing up to standard size, fit for Bearing No. 23228 & 23226. This includes cost of all material, labour, T&P required for grinding/turning/machining including cost of electrodes used for remetalling complete in all respects but excluding wages of welders, helpers and T&P required for welding (As already covered under in item no.1). It also includes cartage of wheel from barrage to workshop & back from workshop to Barrage.

Refurbishment of completely worn out EN-8 track wheel body of Under Sluice / Other Bay gates whose outer dia and width have decreased considerably due to continuous wear and tear. Refurbishment shall be done by complete remetalling over damaged and deteriorated outer, inner and side surface of wheel body followed by grinding, turning, polishing, drilling, threading in bolt holes and finish up to standard size of outer dia 500/470 mm, inner dia 250/230 mm and width 130/115 mm respectively for both type of wheels, inner dia shall be finished up to such an extent that it shall be fit for bearing No: 23228 & 23226. This includes cost of all material, labour, T&P required for grinding / turning /machining and cost of electrodes used for remetalling etc. complete in all respect but excluding wages of welders, helpers and T&P required for welding (as already covered in item no.1) remetalling shall be done by machineable MS welding electrodes with ISI mark special alloy electrodes. It also includes cartage of wheel from barrage to workshop & back from workshop to Barrage.

Repair of worn out M.S. eccentric pin of size 140mm and 265mm long track wheel assembly of under sluice/other bay gates respectively by complete remetalling over the whole surface followed by grinding, turning, machining, polishing and finishing up to standard size fit for Bearing No. 23228 & 23226 respectively. This includes cost of all material, labour, T&P required for grinding/turning/machining including cost of electrodes used for remetalling complete in all respects but excluding wages of welders, helpers and T&P required for welding. It also includes cartage of pin from barrage to workshop & back from workshop to barrage.

Repair of worn out cast-iron track wheel body of Head Regulator gates having outer dia 400 mm, inner dia 215 mm and 125 mm wide by remetalling over damaged part of outer, inner and side surface cas iron track wheel body followed by grinding, turning, polishing, drilling, threading and finish up to standard size, inner dia shall be finished up to such an extent that it could fit for bearing No: 7224. This includes cost of all material, labour, T&P required for grinding/turning/machining and cost of CI electrodes used for remetalling complete in all respects but excluding wages of welders, helpers and T&P required for welding( As already covered in item no.1). Remetalling shall be done by machineable Cast- Iron welding with ISI mark special alloy electrodes. It also includes cartage of wheel from barrage to workshop & back from workshop to Barrage.

Repair of worn out M.S. Eccentric Pin of size 120mm dia ,240mm long of guide wheel Head Regulator gates by remetalling over outer, inner and side surface of eccentric pinthen followed by turning, grinding, polishing and pin dia shall be finished up to such an extent fit for bearing No: 7224. This includes cost of all material, labour, T&P required for grinding/turning/machining ,cost of MS electrodes used for remetalling complete in all respects but excluding wages of welders, helpers and T&P required for welding(As already covered in item no.1). Remetalling shall be done by machine-able special alloy electrodes with ISI mark . It also includes cartage of wheel from barrage to workshop & back from workshop to Barrage.

Providing, Cutting and Fixing of MS Plate of size 12 mm thick in double layer welding for strengthening of gates, including all material T&P, Jhula, labour etc, complete in all respect.

Providing Diver’s crew for under water cutting and welding work up to a depth 10.00 meter. This includes hiring charges of diverse crew, mobilization, demobilization, lodging, boarding expenditure. This also includes cost of special T&P required for under water cutting and welding. Diverse shall be hired for minimum three days. Deploying Diverse crew for three days shall be considered as one Job.

Providing of skilled labour in monsoon period for 76 days in two shift 16:00Hrs.To 24:00Hrs. and 24:00Hrs to 08:00Hrs. (from 01 August 2020 to 15 Oct 2020) 4 Nos.skilled labour in each shift(Total nos. of skilled labour required in both shift = 8 Nos.)

Providing & Painting of Cardium Compound on Steel wire Rope of Barrage gates (04nos. Under Sluice gate, 11 nos. Other bay gate, 05 nos. Head Regulator gate) & 01 no. Stop log gates gantry crane including all labour,T&P, jhula & Rope of various sizes required for jhula etc. complete in all respect.

Providing Crane Operator for Lifting & Lowering of Stop Log Gates during Maintenance of Under Sluice & Other Bay Gates.
