Vehicle with Mounted Single Tank Jetting cum Suction Machine (capacity 3 cubic metres) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Vehicle Mounted Single Tank Jetting cum Suction Machine (capacity 3 cubic metres): High Pressure, Single Tank, Jetter cum suction Vehicle, Gross weight: min. 8,000 kg, Double Compartment Tank with total tank volume: 3,000 litres. Suction cum Jetting is a Combination Machine, which combines High-Pressure Sewer Jetting Operation as well as Suction Operation. The capacity of suction tank shall be 1500 litres and that of water tank 1500 litres for jetting purpose. Application: High Pressure / Suction for Sewer Cleaning. Type of vehicle: Flatbed truck and chassis; for on/off road operation. Diesel Engine, Turbo charged, Inter-cooled. Dual Compartment Tank; Total tank capacity: min. 3,000 litres. Mounted machine shall be provided with jetting and suction pumps, control systems, high pressure flushing hose reel, manual hose reel, auxillaries, nozzles, tools / accesories; and (b) Related Services: (i) Factory Inspections of Purchaser, including travel and accommodation of Purchaser's representative. If a factory inspection visit of the Purchaser's representative fails, it shall be done for a second time at no additional costs to the Purchaser; (ii) Vehicle Insurance, Registration, Driving Permit (License) and other such kind of service; and (iii) Inspections and Tests, User’s Manual and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination.

(c) Recurrent Services: For each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract. The rate for the Recurrent Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (i) Full Warranty: Full warranty for a total period of one thousand ninety-five (1,095) days that covers any and all costs for the repair or replacement of any and all defective components of both the vehicle and vehicle mounted machiney and apparatus, at the nearest Manufacturer's authorized Service Centre, including the costs of any repairs or replacements of components beyond normal wear and tear by the end of the warranty period; (ii) Maintenance and Servicing of Vehicle: Maintenance and servicing of the vehicle, at the nearest Manufacturer's authorized Service Centre, on quarterly basis (every 90-day period) for a total period of one thousand ninety-five (1,095) days that shall be full and complete, including but not limited to: engine, transmission and brakes; including engine oil levels, radiator coolant level, engine air filter, spark plugs, battery, tyres pressure, transmission fluid, brake fluid, brake pads. Replacement of engine oil and oil fiter every six (6) months or every 10,000 km; and (iii) Maintenance and Servicing of Machinery: Maintenance and servicing of the vehicle mounted machinery and apparatus, at the nearest Manufacturer's authorized Service Centre, on quarterly basis (every 90-day period) for a total period of one thousand ninety-five (1,095) days that shall be full and complete, including but not limited to: oil hydraulic systems, pump systems, suction systems, control systems, and any other mechanical and electrical components.

Vehicle with Mounted Hopper cum Tipper (capacity 2 cubmic metres) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Vehicle Mounted Hopper cum Tipper (capacity 2 cubmic metres): Closed Top, Garbage Tipper Vehicle. Gross weight: min. 1500 kg. Tipper Body capacity: min. 2 cum when tops of Tipper Body closed. Application: Garbage Top Loading, Closed Top Transportation and Rear End Dumping. Type of vehicle: Flatbed truck and chassis for on/off road operation. Multi-point fuel injection, 2-cylinder Petrol engine. Vehicle fitted with a Fully Built Tipper Body of min. 2.0 cum capacity with metallic folding cover arrangement. Tipper body fitted to the rear body of the vehicle with Hydraulic Tipping System. The Hydraulic Tipping System shall include hydraulic pump, direction control valving and hydraulic oil tank; and (b) Related Services: (i) Factory Inspections of Purchaser, including travel and accommodation of Purchaser's representative. If a factory inspection visit of the Purchaser's representative fails, it shall be done for a second time at no additional costs to the Purchaser; (ii) Vehicle Insurance, Registration, Driving Permit (License) and other such kind of service; and (iii) Inspections and Tests, User’s Manual and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination.
