Rodding Machine for Sewer Cleaning (Diesel Powered) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Rodding Machine for Sewer Cleaning (Diesel Powered): Portable Diesel engine driven motorised machine for cleaning straight line work in sewer mains. Trolly mounted cabling cum rodding machine on large wheels for optimal transport. The machine shall be capable of rotating sectional steel rods to clean and remove obstruction from sewer lines. Rods shall have a quick coupler for connecting or disconnecting. The machine shall consist of: (i) Power source; (ii) Rod Drive Mechanism as Gear box with motor; (iii) Rod Storage Reel; (iv) Protective Cowling; (v) Rods and Couplings; and (vi) Controls. Accessories shall be provided for each Unit; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.

Portable Soundproof Diesel Generator (5 kVA) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Portable Soundproof Diesel Generator (5 kVA): Portable Diesel Generator, singe phase, 50 Hz, 220 V, 5 kVA power rating, with engine mounted alternator and DG isolator / circuit breaker, enclosed in sound-proof enclosure for noise reduction purpose. Direct injection, air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, Diesel engine. Each Unit shall meet requirements of ISO 3046 / BS 5514 / IS 4722; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.

Portable Flood Light Tower (1000 mmx 2 kVA) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Portable Flood Light Tower (1000 mmx 2 kVA): Mobile light tower comprising mini trailer, lifting mast, power supply, lighting equipment and control panel. The complete unit to be lifted into a vehicle. Equipped with integrated control system, control switch, control display screen and indicator instrument all integrated on the same panel, with unit start-up and fault alarm device with self-protection and automatic shutdown. Each operation command is completed by one key startup and manual operation. Lamp tower shall have anual telescopic cylinder as the lifting adjustment mode; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.

Portable Earth Rammer for Trench Compaction Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Portable Earth Rammer for Trench Compaction: Portable heavy duty plate vibrator for one person operation for compaction of different types of soils in narrow and restricted areas. Each Unit shall meet requirements of Indian Standard IS: 5889; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.

Chain Saw Machine for Tree Cutting (Petrol Engine Operated) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Chain Saw Machine for Tree Cutting (Petrol Engineer Operated): Portable Chain Saw Machine for tree cutting; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.

Portable Sewer Gas Detector (Hand-Held) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Portable Sewer Gas Detector (Hand-Held): Each Unit shall be provided with Battery Charger, Belt Clip, Sensing probe and Carry Case; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.

Two-Way Communication Set (Walkie-Talkie Set, License Free) Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Two-Way Communication Set (Walkie-Talkie Set, License Free): Two way communication Radio / Digital Mobile Radio (DMR). Each Unit shall be provided with Rapid Charger, Belt Clip and Auxillary Antenna; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.

Portable Manhole Cover Locator Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following: (a) Supply of Goods: Portable Manhole Cover Locator: Portable device to locate manhole covers made of precast concrete with steel reinforcement rods and fittings, which are hidden under road surfaces covered by cement concrete and bituminous surfaces. Mounted loudspeaker with socket for headphones. Mounted LED visual display. Each Unit shall be provided with one (1) set of headphones, one (1) protective carry bag and one (1) full set of NiMH or Lithium rechargeable batteries, along with one (1) fully compatible external recharging device; and (b) Related Services: Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination. Performance tests shall be carried out by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery. User's Manuals and Initial User Training shall be provided by the Supplier for each Unit at the final point of delivery.
