Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for Centring and shuttering including strutting,ropping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.Column

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including Straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1: 6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) .

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Excavation in Soil by Manual Means.(Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres.)

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on retaining wall and brickwork as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204

Cement Concrete (PCC M-30) Pavement:- Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepeared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.
