Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and construction of RCC O.H.T. of capacities 100 K.L. and 18m staging with 1.00m wide R.C.C. stair case from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to top dome 1m x 1m RCC landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20mm dia G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, from top to the floor inside of the tank. M.S. M.H cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60m wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. M.H. cover, ventilator column paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming hearing capacity as SMT/M² and staging 18.00 metre.
