Water proofing on roof surface by using damp proof material with two coat i/c supply of all material, labour T&P etc. (THDC SOR)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforcement conc. Brought to required shape as necessary including bending, placing and supply of all materials, labours & T&P etc.on iron in heavy size such as door frame, gate grill, vents etc. brought to required from i/c drilling holes revetting or welding where necessary fixing required for complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge. 14.1.1 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Centering and Shuttering work i/c strutting,proping etc. and removal of form i/c all cost of materials,labours,T&P etc. For :-Suspended,floors,roofs,landings,balconies and accessplatform etc.
