Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modifiedprefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, blackfinished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre andviscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membraneshall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % andconforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kgsqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigmentsetc. complete (Size of Tile 600x600 mm )

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting theoints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadeNew work (two or more coats) over and including waterthinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with Water proop cement paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 4.0 mm thick glass panes
