Supplying and fixing of 8 way Double door, surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar,din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing of 6 way Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Providing and fixing 200 amp FPMCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 100 amp FPMCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 12 way Double door,, single pole and neutral,sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing Triple pole , 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C"curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing Single pole, 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, 'C' curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 A, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissoning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 A, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

S/D of 1x1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in existing surface /recess PVC conduit.Complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 A modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan upto 450 mm sweep in the existingopening, including making the hole to suit the size of the above fan, making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Extra for fixing louvers/shutters complete with frame for a exhaust fan of all sizes.

S/F of 3 pin, 5 amp.ceiling rose on the existing jonction box, including connection etc.as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 6.00, Air delivery minimum 210 Cum/Min , 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required.

S&F of 200 Amp. four pole change over switch on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame, including the cost of labour, T&P, painting and other material required for proper completion of the work as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing hexagonal/Round G.P.fan box of approved make made up of 1.0 mm thick ISI Marked G.P.sheet spot welded Four to Eight holes of 25.4 mm for pipe entry of the box. Holes should be semi-shuttered type with 0.5 mm G.P. Sheet made upper & lower cover duly screwed fitted with 300 mm round zink coted M.S Bar X 12 mm & brand name should be embossed. Fixing with wiring conduit laid in the R.C.C. roof before concreting alongwith supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and laying of 185 sq. mm 3-1/2 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supply and laying of 6 sq. mm 2 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supply and erection of factory fabricated and wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting panel TPN switch board complete with the following HRC type heavy duty TPN fuse switches with fuses and instrument chamber etc. complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type ammeter, voltmerer, selector switches for ammeter and voltmeter, instrument fuses, current transormer etc. The board shall have suitable capacity electroytic alumininum busbars as per IS8623 istulate with heat shrink sleeving and mountend on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/DMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The switches shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, reverse entery boxes in case of pedestaal type, cable sockets, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc. The job includes the grounting of the board as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All coutgoing switches of 100 Amp. and above will be provided with ampere metre current transformers and selector switches and instrument fuses etc. The switches board shall be fabricated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6 mm/2 mm. Supply and fixing of fire extinguisher, ABC Type 6.00 kg. capacity (ISI Marked IS : 15683 & TAC approved) complete with initial charge and wall bracket, along with supply of all materials and labour for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of C02 type fire extinguisher 6.5 kg. capacity (ISI Marked IS : 2878 & TAC approved) complete with initial charge and wall bracket, along with supply of all materials and labour for proper completion of work.
