Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers,handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS: 43 from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including h jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of se or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed t mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with L-Type section made of 1.60m M.S. Sheet, joints mitred and welded and grinded finish profi required size with 15x3mm lugs 10cm long embedded in ce concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with b nuts as required including fixing of necessary butt hinges and and applying a priming coat of approved steel primers.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting thejoints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3: cement :3 coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm no size) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal siz rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand includin finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board truction withframe of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 plyveneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face eers on bothfaces of shutters:35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hingeswith necessary screws

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic) 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not) 125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating ) 250x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete. Single rubber stopper

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. (For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 100 mm diameter

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as permanufacturers specifications. Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm. over and including one coat of Special primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary. Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

windows using galvanised M.S. wire gauge with average width of a in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm. With 12 mm mild steel U beading.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
