Providing and fixing a wooden pillar of size 250 mm x 250 mm, crafted from seasoned Deodar wood, including intricate "Likhaie" work with 50 mm decorative carving cladding around the pillar from top to bottom. The pillar shall be securely anchored to the foundation at the base to ensure stability and durability. The surface shall be treated with PU polishing or primer, finished with a laminated anti-termite coating for enhanced protection and longevity, ensuring a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing outcome. The rate shall be inclusive of all types of consumables, accessories, fasteners, and any type of corner treatment in frames (i.e. chamfering, pencil corner, bevelling, moulding, etc.) Polishing, hardware, and carving work shall be paid in relevant tender items. The contractor shall get the approval for the loose sample of first-class Teak wood along with its source location from the Engineer in charge before execution.
