SandStone Cladding Work Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as perArchitectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. 22.23.1 For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge : 22.2.1 Using rough Kota stone

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading, loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

In case of moulding the profile will be measured for payment and in case of jail (avg thickness : 25-40mm) only the elevation will be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing of GRC jali / moulding at walls, as per design and drawing, stone finish, (any colour & pattern as specified in drawing) of unistone or Eco-vision made, to be fixed with SS fastener and cleats. The GRC surface to be finished with mat finish silicon coat, and the entire part to be finished with required support from back. The joints are to be finished with GRC dust, adhesive and pigment, all complete in all respect. In case of moulding the profile will be measured for payment and in case of jail (avg thickness : 25-40mm) only the elevation will be measured for payment.

Hiring local historians( Having professional degree or related field) who are well aware about the local history, myths, culture and language for providing information/ description/ content (related to the temple's historical significance) for wall murals and sculptures, which will be used as part of temple development project.All contents to be approved by tourism department and architect before execution at site. This item of work includes all cost related to this work (research, content writing in three langauge, hindi, english: cost for intelactual copyright, preparation of report and printing the same etc) Bidder should discuss and understand the scope of work before quoting the price. -approx area for mural in one wall will be 1300 mm x 900 mm x 2 nos in one module of wall. -Module for sculptural wall/sculpture will be 19 Nos.

Hiring professionals and providing sketches(artwork) by professionals with appropriate degree in fine arts or well recognised by local administration) for converting the (historical/Myth/Cultural/religious etc) information into sketches/drawing as per required dimension (as per site condition) for preparation of sculptures, wall murals and brouchers etc, which will be used for development of temple project. all the sketches/drawings to be approved by tourism department and architect before execution at site.all drawings and sketches to be submitted in "A0" sheet size (one original copy and 2 nos photocopy along with scanned copy - TIF format in a pen drive). the artist has to support the "Sculptrist" during preparation of the murals and sculptures in terms of depths and postures. This item of work includes cost for preparation of sketches, Copyright, printing, report preparation, scanning of drawings etc. Bidder should discuss and understand the scope of this item of work before quoting the price. -approx area for mural in one wall will be 1300 mm x 900 mm x 2 nos in one module of wall. -Module for sculptural wall/sculpture will be 19 Nos.

Design and execution of art work, weather proof as described by the engineer in charge/ art historian, representing the local traditional art form/ culture / living tradition of almora, on appropriate base for the art work and finsihing as per satisafction of engineer incharge, all complete.

Stone Carving/Moulding on sandstone by first class stone mason as per described pattern & shape as mentioned in drawing (Plus and Minus Level both) including finishing the surface with smooth finish (gang saw cut finish) including all work in all respect as per directed by Engineer in charge. Cost of stone and stone cladding is not included within this item of work. The Width of moulding will vary from 100 mm to 300 mm (Vertically/horizontally). Payment will be done in Running meter for moulding work.

Stone Grooving on sandstone by first class stone mason as per described pattern & shape as mentioned in drawing (Plus and Minus Level both) including finishing the surface with smooth finish (gang saw cut finish) including all work in all respect as per directed by Engineer in charge. Cost of stone and stone cladding is not included within this item of work. The depth of grooving will vary from 50 mm to 100 mm (Vertically/horizontally). Payment will be done in Running meter for moulding work.
