Dismantling Brick/Tile Work Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structures comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Cement mortar

Excavation of Earth below GL by manually or by mechanical means for laying of sewers, man-holes, Gully-pits, chambers etc. in soil including extra excavation below inverts, trimming, & dressing of sides, levelling and back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 metres from the centre of trenches and cleaning of site properly after completion of the work. Excavation by mechanical means shall be restricted upto 90 cm above invert level at every point of excavation. Excavation from invert levels to 90 cm above shall be done by manually (i) 0-1.5 m

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408, Using Gravel mix soil

Plain cement concrete (PCC Grade M15) in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Removal of earth By Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking upto 10 km Distance

Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP4/prestrssed concrete pipe on first class bedding in single row . (Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestrssed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets ) 1600 mm dia

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specifications

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical specifications

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trussesand framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position andapplying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dewatering from foundation of abutments and wing walls (with pump capacity 4000 lit per Hr.) including wages of operator and fuel including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying & jointing of sewer house service connection to individual houses from chamber inside property boundary to either existing chamber or from nearest available uPVC sleeves left near the property boundary. Works includes supply and delivery of plain ended with integral sockets unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) Pipes with ISI mark intended for underground (buried) non pressure gravity drain and sewer applications conforming to IS:15328:2003 with latest amendments for different sizes and stiffness classes as per specifications including identification of location of existing chamber /Sleeve. lengths. The Pipes may be joined using elastomeric sealing rings. The elastomeric sealing rings required for jointing of ring tight uPVC Pipes and shall in accordance with one of the types (type 1 to type 6) of IS 5382. Including excavation,Dismantiling of all type of Roads like BT,CC,stone,Paver blocks, and floors like kota stone ,tile, manhole etc.or any other type of flooring as per site condition, dewatering, refilling, compaction and disposal of surplus earth/unserviceable material with all lead and lift at suitable disposal site. Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete. All transportation, loading and unloading, conveying to site,lowering,laying and jointing of pipes,75mm thick sand filling all around the pipe as per drawing and specifications shall be inclusive complete the work in all respect and as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The PVC resin shall be of grade 67 ER 092 for S16.5 series,SDR 34,SN-8. 110 mm dia (Outer diameter) uPVC Pipe 110mm Dia (considering 4 mtr. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per technical Specification Clause 404. Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet using catonic bitumen emulsion and seal coat type B with bitumen emulsion

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana I Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate I retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.:Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum
