Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of two (02) Nos. Self-Propelled /Truck Mounted) New Road sweepers machines at Nagar Nigam Dehradun. With following specifications-

Sweeper Type- Compact self-propelled/ Truck mounted heavy-duty sweeper with 134 HP to 150 HP hydrostatic drive, centre broom and two side brooms. Auxiliary Engine 59 to 75 HP. Sweeping system- Sweeping machine should be Diesel Engine operated capable of conducting sweeping with left and right-side brushes, main cylindrical brush and conveyor system for pick-up of debris. The dust suppression while sweeping should be through efficient water spray system. The equipment should be PM 10 Certification. The vehicles must be capable of cleaning dips, trenches and uneven roads and should have brushes with angular and /or pressure adjustments. Sweeping speed and travel speed- 5-7 Km/Hr & 80 Km/Hr. Sweeping Width- Minimum 3000 mm Height (including warning Beacon)- As per RTO Norms or less Hopper Capacity- Minimum 2.75 cubic meter Turning Radius- Not more than 6000 mm Sweeping capacity - Not less than 15000 square meter per hour Hydraulic Dumping Height - Minimum up to 2400 mm with variable height dumping capability suitable for dumping into waste transfer vehicle Hydraulic System and operational controls- Individual Hydraulic motor should run the sweeping brushes. All tipping operation should be hydraulic. All sweeper controls should be mounted on a central console located near the operator.

Instrument panel/ indicators - The operator cabin should be Ergonomic for single man operation and should also facilitate monitoring of engine oil pressure. Temperature, fuel level etc. All controlling elements for sweepers electrics and hydraulics should be housed in an easily accessible compartment. Operation monitoring - The sweeper should be equipped with infrared cameras for operator to monitor the sweeping operation. A 7” LCD Monitor should be provided in the cab for viewing the sweeping operation.
