Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

SandStone Cladding Work- Beige Color Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing.40 mm thick

SandStone Cladding Work Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1 m x1 m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as perArchitectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately). Sandstone of 30mm Thickness- Porphyry Sandstone Rugged Finish Note: Base item is taken from DSR.

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Shingles tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately).

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 150 mm dia RCC pipe

Making khurras 45 x 45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x 1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading, loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Stainless steel Support Frame for Signages: Providing stainless steel frame, hollow section (square), 304 grade, [work process includes: Cutting of steel sections as per specified sizes stated in the approved design scheme, Polishing of each section, Assembly of different sections as per the design scheme provided by the architect, Welding and Grinding of sections to make it a frame, Polishing of the frame, Removal of marks, Polishing and grinding to give final finish to the frame], carrying & fixing of the frame in position as per the location described by the architect. Cost of concrete included within this item of cost.

Stainless Steel plate with etching : Providing Signage board in S.S. plate, 304 grade and1.8mm thk [preperation of plate includes: Cuttung of steel plate as per size specified in the design supplied by the architect, Grinding of surfaces as per the design requirement Polishing of the steel plate as per the design, Acid wash/CNC Cutting of the steel plate for etching in DUCO colour/Multi shade of text / map on the plate, Removal of marks from the plate, Polishing of surfcaes as final finsh with PU (polyurithene) coat.], carrying & fixing of the S.S. plate in position as per the design scheme provided by the architect. Depth of groving for text will be 0.1mm (minimum) Content for Text will be provided by client.

Supplying providing and installation of Cast iron dustbins and related items, as per mentioned below. Necessary site cleaning, preparation of site, casting of concrete (1:1.5:3) at least of 300 x 300 x 300 size, lifting, supporting all ,charges are inclusive in this item. All complete on all respect, free from all defects. Dustbin- Litter bin-Venice-Ferrous craft

Stone Carving (moulding) on sandstone by first class stone masone as per described pattern & shape as mentioned in drawing (Plus and Minus Level both) including finishing the surface with smooth finish (gang saw cut finish) including all in all respect. Cost of stone and stone cladding is not included within this item of work.

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes : 100 mm dia Sand cast iron S&S pipe as per IS: 1729

Providing and fixing of HPL sheet (wooden Series) with aluminium framing of required sizes at all locations as per directed by engineer in charge/Architect. Payment will be made by measuring surface area.Supplying and installation of material is inclusive within this item of work.
