Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil in foundation trenches etc. including lifts upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches or into space between sides of foundation trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (S.I. No. 251)

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone aggregate, coarse sand and cement in proportion 6:3:1 in foundation, mechanically mixed and vibrated including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I. 279 (a)

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone aggregate, coarse sand and cement in proportion 8:4:1 in foundation, mechanically mixed and vibrated including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work..- S.I. 279 (a)

M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 307)

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of fine sand of 1.25 finess modulus on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (SI. No. 574).

12 mm thick plaster with 1 part of cement and 3 part ofcoarse sand over brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (SI. No. 584)

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone aggregate, coarse sand and cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work..- S.I. 279 (a)

Supply of Laying and fixing of NP-3 1000 mm dia class hume pipe in proper position in culvert.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Routine Maintenance of road after completion work (A) Carriageway/Pavement: (a) Potholes,cracks,other surface defects (SWMM & BC), (b) Repair of Edges, Rutting (BC). (B) Road, Embankment, Cuttings, Shoulders, Trees & Plantation: (a) Roads Maintained free of edge drop, inadequate cross fall, undulations, settlement, Ponding (E/W), (b) Deficient slopes, rain cuts in embankments (E/W), (c) Vegetation growth, Loping of tree branches. (C) Bridges and Culverts: (a) De-silting, (b) Clearing vegetation growth (Jungle Clearance), (c) Damaged/disturbed boulder pitching, breast /toe wall retaining wall, apron flooring , guide bunds (Boulder Apron), (d) Parapet, any damage to foundations, (e) Any defects in sub-structures, (f) Any defects in superstructures, raillings, parapets., (g) wearing coat, (h) Approach slab, (i) Painting & lettering of No. plates, repairs. (D) Repair of Roadside Drains: (a) Brick Work in 1:4, (b) Plaster, (c) CC-1:2:4. (E) Road Furniture: (a) Cleaning, Painting & lettering of stones & sign boards, Replacement of damaged/ missing stones & sign boards., (b) 200 m stones, (c) Km stones, (d) 5th km stones,. Maintenance requirement as per above and Mentioned in Special Conditions of Contract for Maintenance. Payment of Maintenance work as Percentage of final Civil Construction Cost.
