Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 3 mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).

H.P stone filling in back of walls including cost of all materials royality T&P etc. complete.

Making superelevation with lowering in half width & filling in remaining half width with coolie walling including supply of all material,labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of work

WBM Grading 1 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means [Grading no-1] (45-90mm size).

Prime Coat:- Low porosity, Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20 mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet using Bitumen Emulsion as per Technical Specification Clause 508.2

Seal Coat:-Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 By Manual Means Case - II : Type B Bitumen (VG-10)

Surface Drains:- Surface Drains in Soil Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.18 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.

C/O of pucca drain with CC : Construction of K.C. type drain as per drawing including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in -charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Construction of retaining walls/breast walls in cement mortar 1:5 as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1604 Stone masonry in cement mortar 1:5

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as pertechnical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204

Construction of Parapets:-

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

PCC 1:3:6 in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

White washing of parapet walls of CD work and tree truncks White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1915

Hectometer Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast)

Providing edge stones of Size 450x350x100 mm on valley side of formation as per drawing and technical specification clause 1608.2.6

Metal Beam Crash Barrier:- Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 ( if Concrete Required for Vertical post Fixing will be paid extra)

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet vide clause 801.3, depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67 600 x 450 mm Rectangle

Road Delineators / Vertical Guide Posts: Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 sqcm, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification with pure polyester powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron. The posts shall have ellipsoidal or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 anchored with PCC M-15 onto the ground. The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20o and 30 o, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have sufficient arrangement to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. Including all test report and warranties as per IRC 67 and IRC 79
