Supply, Installation, assembling, connection, testing & commissioning of ARCHITECTURAL POLE (FOR POST TOP LIGHTING) 3.3M height Pole (Total height of the pole is 4m including post top) Made in combination of hot dip galvanised mild steel pipe sections 114mm dia. & 140mm dia. Arch. cast iron Base design starts with min 322mm Dia. ring, radially tapers to 140 mm for a height of min 235 mm matching to the drawing. Total weight of the base is min 15 Kgs. Decorative Ring-1 (140/114mm dia. – min 3kgs.) & Top Ring (weight- 3kgs.) are made of cast iron. Entire pole shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics as approved by Concerned Engineer in-charge. After Fabrication, Entire Pole is hot dip galvanized(60 microns Minimum ) for the effective corrosion resistance . The hot dip Galvanised pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box (Concealed) to fix 32A connectors and 6A MCB (to terminate incoming and outgoing armoured cables with glands and lulgs), at the bottom -the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. The decorative pedastal to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation. wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole design. Pole & it's parts are painted in 3 layer coating(coating thickness-100 microns minimum) in which 1st layer with etch primer, 2nd layer with epoxy primer & 3rd final layer with PU paint- customised colour Metallaic Grey (As per Architectural requirement). Adequate size cutout with opeanable hinged door should be provided on pole with necessary gasket to ensure water tight arrangement for pulling cables and installation of mcb, connectors etc, complete in all respect as per requirement and instruction of engineer in charge. Scope also includes necessary foundation, cable termination, earthing as per requirement, cable entry pipes, 3 core round flexible wire from junction box to light fixture etc. all require to complete job.
