PROTECTION WORK :

Excavation for structures :- Excavation in foundation for cross drainage structures , retaining walls, breast wall and other similar structure in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads , lift and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge also including supply of all materials, labour , T&P it is required for proper completion of work FOR R/W & B/W

Random rubble stone masonry for structures laid dry by locally available approved stone Including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Drawing and MORD specification for , retaining walls, brest walls & other smimilar structures etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. FOR R/W and B/W

Random rubble stone masonary for structure laid in 1:5 cement & sand from approved quarry including supply of all materials,labour ,T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Drawing & Mord specification for cross drainage Structures ,retaining wall ,breast wall & other simillar structures etc as per direction of Engineerv-in-charge.

HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all material, labour, T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014. (For R/Wall, B Wall )

PLASTER in 1:4 cement and sand mortar incliding supply of all labour ,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work

Making of 100mmx 100mm size as weep hole in full depth of pucca wall including supply of all material ,labour ,T&P etc required for proper cvompletion of work as per directed by Engineer in-charge,.(Rate including in RR pucca Wall)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crate with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each per drawing and technical specification of MORD and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cement Plum masonary with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:7 cement concrete including supply of all material,labour ,T&P etc required for proper completion of work asper PWD Uttarakhand Specifications)

Providing Edge stone on valley side of formation as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1608.2.6 as per MORD Spec. 1600 sr. no 8.9 (0.49 mtr @ 247.00?mtr=121.03)

Providing and laying of Parapet with PCC M15 Nominal Mix (1:2.5:5) as per standard drawing and Technical specifications Clauses 800and 1208.4 including supply of material , labour , T&P etc required for proper completion of the work and specified in detailed Drawing with white washing complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Construction of R.R. stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials, labour, t&p royalty etc. reguired for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying reinfoced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specification clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 (M25 grade)

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure copmlete as per drawing and technical specifications Clacses 1002, 1010 and 1202 ( The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specification ( First Revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Providing and laying of plain /Reinforced cement concerte in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805. 806, (M-25)

Granular Sub-base/surface sourse with local materials ( table 400.13) by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub base by providing local material spreading in inform layers with motor grader on prpered surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to a achive the disired denicity complete as per clause 401.4 as per technical specification clause 408 and SI. no 4.11 using gravel mix soil using (such as pertialy capping layer)

MUCK DISPOSAL

Disposal of Unsuitable earth and boulder obtained from Hill side cutting ,including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc complete , required for proper completion of the work ,as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation for Retaining & breast Walls in all types of soil and Rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance Under PBMC for (1) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/Berms and disposing of the same to suitable locations as per technical specification clause 1914. (2) Maintenance of road side drain including minor slip clearence reshaping, deepening and regrading as well as catch water drains as per technical specification clause 1907. (3) Maintenance of shoulders to the required level by filling/cutting the soil and its compacting including disposal of the surplus material in approved muck disposal points as per technical specification clause 1903. (4) Maintenance of scuppers & culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repair to crack, parapet walls and protection works as per technical specification clause 1908. (5) Maintenance of Causeway by way of minor surface repairs, replacing guide posts, repair of fixed gauges, removal of debris providing boulders and protection works and painting as per technical specification clause 1909. (6) Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910. (7) Maintenance of 200 metre, km stones, by way of refixing of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 meter, km stone and 5th km stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912. (8)Two coat White washing on parapet walls of CD work, edge stones, tree truncks and prominent rocks, patches on hill sides including preparation of surface by cleaning scrapping etc. as per Technical specification Clause 191.
