WBM Grading 2........Manual Means Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and Camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading-3…..Manual Means Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat Low Porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on complying with IS:8887 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (rapid setting RS-1 garde complying with IS:8887) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces trated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, Laying and rolling of cold mix open - graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm nimonal size aggregates using penetration grade cationic bitumen emulsion (Midium setting M S grade Compline with IS 8887) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to riquired level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per MOrd specification clause 506.2.

Providing and laying seal coat by Bitumenous emulsion.(SS-2) as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing , directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014. (precast).
