BITUMINOUS WORKS

Prime coat Low porosity:- Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.0 kg/sgm using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause 502.

Track coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with prime and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

Poviding laying nd rolling of cold mixed open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using penetration grade catonic Bitumen Emulsion (Tailor mace binder ) require line, grade and levelto serve as wearing coarse on the previous prepared base, including mixing in sutable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finish to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per MORD specification clause 506.2 (Emulsion used for cold mix shalbe supplied from authorized supplier of IPR's owner i.e CRRI, New Delhi)

Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion (Tailor made binder) as binder for sealing the voids in the bituminous surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using type B as per technical specification clause 508 (Emulsion used for cold mix shalbe supplied from authorized supplier of IPR's owner i.e CRRI, New Delhi)

Providing & fixing of PMJSY logo board at starting point and end point and at every 1km distance of road length as per standard drawing duly painted and written and as directed by Engineer- in- charge and MORD specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Construction of Kutcha Hill side Trapezoidal Drain in Soil to Specified lines grades, levels and dimension. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.

Providing fixing of Title information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer- in Charge and MORD Specification specification for Rural Roads 2014. .

Providing and erecting direction and place indentification of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2mm thick M.S sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and gray color in back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letter, figure with reflective engineering grade taps as per MORD specification od required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm *47 mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm * 5 mm M/s flat iron on edge on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x600 mm. 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and as directed by engineer in charge / as per clause 1701 of MORD specification for Rural Roads 2014.
