Providing and fixing of C.C Edge Stones 12Cm*12Cm*60Cm size precast in M15 cement concrete with 4No. 8mm dia HYSD vertcal bars and 3No.6mmdia MS bar strrups as per approved drawing including two coat white washing on valley side of formation

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia G.I. Wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification of MORD and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.(Using Gravel mix soil)

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading 3Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying Prime coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS : 8887 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm 5.6mm aggregates using penetration grade cationic bitumen emulsion to required line, grade and level serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity ,finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting RS-1 grade complyig with IS:8887) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion (SS-2)as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical specification Clause 508

Providing & Laying M10 grade plain cement concrete in open foundation as per MORD specification including all material labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & Laying R.C.C M25 grade plain cement concrete in open foundation as per MORD specification including all material labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.( for Causeway )

Providing & Laying P.C.C M20 grade plain cement concrete in open foundation as per MORD specification including all material labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

15 mm thick Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clauses No.613.4

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clauses No.613.3

White washing of parapet walls of CD work and tree truncks White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause

Supplying, fitting and placing MS bar reinforcement in tonne foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202. (The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First Revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per attached drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per MORD specification and direction by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MoRD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
