ROAD FURNITURE

Providing and fixing of 5th Kilometer stone as per standard drawing made of precast R.C.C. M15 grade fixed with P.C.C. M10 grade, including excavation of pit, painting and printing letters on kilometer stone with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Hectometer stone as per standard drawing made of precast R.C.C. M15 grade fixed with P.C.C. Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per attached drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per MORD specification and direction by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Prepairing the Plane Table Survey & Levelling for completion Plan as per Engineer-in-Charge & as per P.W.D. specification.

Construction of Reference Pillars ( totally under ground ) of length 200 mm, width 200 mm and height 300 mm ) as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.1 of MORD specifications for rural roads.

Construction of Back Pillars , of length 300 mm, width 300 mm and height 400 mm of which 100 mm shall be below ground level as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.3 of MORD specifications for rural roads.

Construction of Job Pillers of length 400mm, width 400mm and km height 600mm of which 100 mm shall be below ground level as per Fig. 1600.1 (d) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.4 of MORD specifications for rural roads.

Providing & Laying R.C.C M25 grade cement concrete in Super Structure as per MORD specification including all material labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete tonne as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202. (The reinforcement steel shall be as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First Revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6).
