WBM Grading 2-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Primer coat:- Providing and applying primer coat Low porosity with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS 8887 on prepared surface of granuiar base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.00 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (rapid Setting RS-1Grade complying with IS: 8887) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Premix carpet :- Providing laying and rolling of Cold mixed open graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm 5.6mm aggregates using cationic bitumen emulsion (Medium setting MS Grade complying with IS: 8887) to required line, grade and level serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per MORD Specification clause 505.2

Seal coat:- Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous (SS-2) as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical specification Clause 508.

Protection of Loose place & Slope Protection- Providing fixing of maxfalt empty Drums including /Providing steel Bar @12 mm Dia two nos, horizontaly for interlocking with eart filling and placing properly in a row including all labour and material directed as per Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written and as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MORD specification Clause 1701

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MORD specification Clause 1701 .

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MoRD specification Clause 1701 .

Direction and place indentification sign board up to 0.9 sqm size board. Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per Clause 1701of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.
