Note- 1. The Above work include Report submission using latest software. 2. Data must be delivered by the winning bidder via a cloud-based, AI-enabled platform for visualizing and analytics. The platform should display the geographical location of the surveyed lines and enable annotations, which are automatically compiled into a report.A demonstration is required and must be provided during bid evaluation process. 3. The raw data captured by the drone should be shared with designated personnel only, such as supervisors, based on role-based access control. The bidder shall sign an agreement of confidentiality to ensure the data is not provided to third parties. 4. The drone pilot must be able to livestream video (with end-to-end encryption) of the inspection, allowing supervisors to oversee and provide real-time feedback. The streamed video shall be delivered by the winning bidder at the request of the department -on a MeITY - approved cloud on storage for future reference.
