Erection ,Testing & Commissioning of new numerical distance relay. i)Retrofitting of 01no. numerical distance relay including work of making suitable size on panel by cutting, drilling etc, fixing of relay on panel with proper attachments. Closing all open spaces with metal sheets at C.B. 81,C.B. 82 & C.B. 87 at 220 KV S/S Rishikesh & C.B. 84 at 220 KV S/S Chamba. ii)Termination of all new relay as per manufacturer’s drawing with safely fitting of CT, PT terminals with existing wire. iii)Programming of Distance relay for setting and characteristics according to line with appropriate software, testing of distance relay, including work of verification of current/voltage data and assigning trip and alarm contact, operating time by numerical relay testing kit iv)Checking wiring of circuits and their continuity, testing circuits with all equipments mounted on panel. Checking the operation of protection schemes including CT & PT circuits along with breakers operations by secondary injection. v)Finishing of all wiring including proper dressing with cable tie, proper laying on route strips, final checking of tightening work complete.
