Design and detailing of drawing and BOQ for the work of Renovations and Modernization of Testing and commissioning Offices for SE, EE and all technical and clerical staff with Conference Hall Cum Training Center along with field hostel at Chief Engineer (T&C) office campus Kathgodam PTCUL as per specification .It includes 1. Design and Architecture for a 4-story building. Building Description: Ground Floor:• Office Space for 6 persons, Kitchen., Waiting Area., Male and Female Toilets,AE (Assistant Engineer) Office. First Floor:• Office for Superintending Engineer (SE) and Staff.,Office for Executive Engineer (EE) and Staff. Second Floor• Conference cum Training Hall. Third Floor:• Field Hostel with:, 4 Bedrooms with attached bathrooms.,Waiting Area, Kitchen, Dining Area.. 2. Structural Engineering and Foundation based on soil study •Conduct a comprehensive geotechnical investigation. • Determine soil type, bearing capacity, and settlement characteristics. • Design and engineer foundations accordingly, ensuring structural integrity and safety. 3. Interior Design for office spaces, conference/training hall, and field hostel. • Collaborate with interior designers to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace. • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture for each area. • Ensure compliance with accessibility and ergonomics standards. 4. Technological Integration for IT and communication systems. • Plan and install advanced IT infrastructure, networking, and security systems. • Integrate state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment in the conference/training hall. 5. Landscaping and Exterior Design. • Enhance the building's surroundings with landscaping and greenery. • Create outdoor spaces for relaxation and gatherings. 6. Preparation of Estimate and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). • Prepare a detailed cost estimate for the entire project. • Develop a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to itemize and quantify project materials and labor costs.
