Dismantelling old water tank manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars, serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materialwithin 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Complete work in all respect with all associated works)

Making the arrangement for putting the temporary water storage (3000 Ltr.) tank to the desired/suitable place for the temporary connection of submersible pipe & of the water supply pipe (used for water supply to the colony, control room building & guest house etc.) to it including excavation, filling & PCC etc. complete in all respect as per the instruction of site incharge. All the T&P, labour & materials are in the scope of the contractor.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm noninal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed including all leads & lifts. In ordinary Rock/DFR/SFR

Supply and spreading of earth by earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation)/ manual means over surface areas, in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., In layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including all lead lifts (land of earth supply to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M 15)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing. All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M20)

Construction and Fixing of Top cover of Warter Tank with RCC (1:1.5:3) with supply of MS Angle, Steel, Flat etc. as required for satisfactory completion of work. (Complete work in all respect with all associated works)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm

For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Plumbering Work

Making the connection of submersible pipe & of the water supply pipe (used for water supply to the colony, control room building & guest house etc.) and overflow etc. to the Temporary Plastic water storage tank complete in all respect. All the T&P, labour & material are in the scope of the contractor.

Removal the connection of submersible pipe & of the water supply pipe from the Temporary Plastic water storage tank and then shifting this temporary tank to desired place as per the instruction of site incharge complete in all respect. All the T&P, labour & material are in the scope of the contractor.

Making the provision of overflow & water drain pipe (used during cleaning of the tank) to the newly constructed water storage tank (RCC). Complete the job in all respect & as per the instruction of site incharge. All the T&P, labour & material are in the scope of the contractor.

Making the connection of submersible pipe & of the water supply pipe (used for water supply to the colony, control room building & guest house etc.) to the newely constructed 28000 ltr. water storage tank (RCC) complete in all respect. All the T&P, labour & material are in the scope of the contractor.
