Civil work & Painting work:- Erection of scaffolding in the elevator shaft including all materials and labour for facilitating the works in the shaft a)    Scaffolding of Dismantling in the elevator shaft after completion of the works including removal of the sites. b)    Dismantling of the old plaster in the elevator shaft and applying new plaster (1:4 cement / sand) including all materials , labour curing etc. all required clipping / MS Girder of old structure required for plastering ) c)     Removal of the structural steel elements from the rear of the elevator shaft to accommodate the new elevator of lager size, furnishing of the expanded surface etc. d)    White wash of the plaster from walls including erection of required scaffolding and dismantling it after the completion of the white wash Scaffolding in lift shaft, Whitewash in lift shaft e)     Modification of the existing door openings of every floor (05 Nos Door) including chipping, furnishing etc to accommodate as per the requirement of the lift OEM. f)      Dismantling of the old stone around the lift opening door in all the floor(B+G+1+2+3) to shaft the requirement of the new elevator, Supplying & fixing of Tiles /Stone of the wall around the lift door opening ( size 3500 mm x 3000 mm around) including all materials , labouretc completed)
