The following works are to be carried out in circuit breakers at 220KV S/s, Pantnagar as per direction of engineer incharge. (a) Checking of leakage of SF6 gas form B phase poles of circuit breaker, as per direction of engineer incharge, complete in all respect. (b) Safe dismantling of poles, mechanical housing, interrupter assemebly etc. from structure with the help of chain pulley/any mechanical mean including opening and safe dismantling of all power connectors, jumpers, clamps IPS tube etc. as per direction of engineer incharge. (c) Proper checking and cleaning of joints, O-ring groove, flange face and adjoining sealing surface of pole structure. Inspecting the groove andn sealing surface for defects such as nicks, dents or dirts and O-rings for cuts, pits or other surface defect and dust. Replacement of defective O-rings, NRV, copper pipes, pressure gauge etc. complete in all respect and erection of circuit breaker pole at structure safely and properly as per the direction of engineer incharge. (d) Proper checking, cleaning and lubrication of all electrical and mechanical static and complete overhauling of circuit breaker, setting right of any discrepancy found for smooth operation of breakers. Checking of breaker opening/closing times as per the direction of engineer incharge. (e) Making of all the jumpers, connections and charging of bay equipments after complete testing, complete in all respect.
