Following work to be carried out for preventive maintenance of 2 No. 160 MVA(220/132KV), 2 No. 80 MVA T/F(132/33KV), 1 No. 50 MVA(220/33KV) & 1 No. 25 MVA T/F (220/33KV) (Two times in a year 6 x 2 times = 12). (1) Checking of Oil level in main & OLTC conservator tank & bushings. (2) Attending minor Oil leakage/ seepage from main body/conservator tank/radiator of transformer by tightening. (3) Tightening of all bushing clamps & replacement of damage/defected clamps & connectors. (4) Rectification of electrical fault of auto/ mannual operation of cooling fans by replacement of electrical equipment like contactor, MCB, relay etc. (5) Tightening of neutral & main body earthing. (6) Cleaning & washing of trnasformer main tank/ radiator etc. (7) Tightening of all electrical connections in Transformer Marshalling Box & apply CRC on all connections/connectors/relays etc. (8) Testing of WTI & OTI and Buccholze relay & PRV. (9) Checking of earth resistance. (10) Replacement of jumpers including cutting/drilling in hole in clamps. (11) Work of special maintenance on breakdown/crisis basis/fault tracing & removal or any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge.

Following work to be carried out for Preventive maintenance of 220 KV, 132 KV, 220/132 KV & 220/33 KV Isolators (Two times in a year 22 x 2 times = 44). (1) Tightening of clamps and connectors & replace if found damage/defective. (2) Cleaning of porcelain insulators by CTC and checking of damage. (3) Replacement of rusted nut/bolts of Isolator/ hardware fiitings. (4) Tightening of male and female contacts and replace if found damage/defective. (5) Apply petroleum jelly between male/female contacts. (6) Tightening of earth link and its jaws. (7) Alignment of isolator and earth link. (8) Lubrication of all moving parts. (9) Testing of drive motor in cubical. (10) Tightening of all connections in Bay Marshalling Box. (11) Apply CRC on all connections in cubical. (12) Replacement of jumpers including cutting/drilling in hole in clamps.(13) Work of special maintenance on breakdown/crisis basis/fault tracing & removal or any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge.

Following work to be carried out for Preventive maintenance of 220 KV Bay, 132 KV Bay, 220/132 KV Bay & 220/33 KV Bay equipments. i.e. CT/PT/CVT/LA/CB/Wave Trap (if installed) (Two times in a year 78 x 2 times = 156). Following work to be carried out for Preventive maintenance of 132 KV CT/PT/CVT/LA/Wave Trap. (1) Top up of oil after checking of oil level in CT/PT/CVT. (2) Checking of oil leakage and rectification if found. (3) Checking and tightening of clamps & Connectors etc. (4) Replacement of rusted nut/bolts if found damage in hardware fitting. (5) Checking and tightening of equipments earthing. (6) Checking the healtiness of surge arrester. (7) Filling of SF-6 gas in circiut breaker under breakdown/ preventive maintenance including shifting of SF-6 gas cylinder. (8) Replacement of jumpers including cutting/drilling in hole in clamps.(9) Work of special maintenance on breakdown/crisis basis/fault tracing & removal or any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge.
