Work of cleaning of porcelain portion of different equipments like isolators, CBs, CTs, PTs and BPI with thinner/cleaner. Work also includes applying petroleum jelly on isolator jaw and blades of 132kV, 66kV and 33 kV bay. (All consumable material supplied by the contractor and it's cost included like as etc, petroleum jelly, cotton cloths) (3Times)

Work of overhauling/ repairing of isolator/ earth switch mechanism oiling/ greasing/ setting alignment of moving parts of mechanism of 132kV, 66kV and 33 kV bay. (All consumable material supplied by the contractor and it's cost included like as mobil oil & grease) (3Times)

Replacement of burnt and damage connector, jumpers, blade of 132 kV bays and bus.

Replacement of burnt and damage connector, jumpers, jaw and blade of 66 kV bays and bus.

Replacement of burnt and damage connector, jumpers and blade of 33kV bays and bus.

Providing daily basis without any holiday Services of 2No. skilled labour for Work of special maintenance on breakdown/Crisis basis/fault tracing & removal on (in switchgear, equipment, machine, panels, junction box, trench gallery, including the Daily preventive maintenance of 110 Volt Battery Set. (skilled labour provided for 12months)

Work of switch yard maintenance of 132 KV Substation Roorkee like cleaning, cutting of bushes and grass, levelling and shifting of different type of material from switchyard to store/outside of yard area

Work of Patrolling of 66 KV D/C Roorkee-Pathri Line. (Length of Line - 20.6 km.)

Work of Lopping - Chopping of Tree's Branches of various types of trees under and nearby line. are felling under the gallery of 66 KV D/C Roorkee-Pathri Line

Work of ground maintenance like removing of debris, filling of earth, cutting of bushes from tower base and other works.

Replacement of damaged Jumper/tightening of jumpers of 66 KV Roorkee-Pathri (D/C) Line

Manually checking of insulator strings on tower

Replacement of damaged /punctured Insulator Tension string at different locations including carriage of material from work place at line to store of above line. (a) For Suspension string

(b) For Tension string

Attending break down of broken conductor/earth wire tightening and jointing/sag adjustment of loose wire.

(A) Following Work to be carried out for preventive maintenance of 2 No. 160 MVA T/F (220/132 KV) & 2 No. 50 MVA T/F (220/33 KV). (a) Checking of Oil level in main & OLTC conservator tank & bushings. (b) Attending minor Oil leakage/ seepage from main body/conservator tank/radiator of transformer by tightening. ( c) Tightening of all bushing clamps & replacement of damage/defected clamps & connectors. (d) Rectification of electrical fault of auto/ manual operation of cooling fans by replacement of electrical equipment like contactor, MCB, relay etc. (e) Tightening of neutral & main body earthling. (f) Cleaning & washing of transformer main tank/ radiator etc. (g) Tightening of all electrical connections in Transformer Marshalling Box & apply CRC on all connections/connectors/relays etc. (h) Testing of WTI & OTI and Buchholz relay & PRV. (i) Any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge.

(B) Following work to be carried out for Preventive maintenance of 220 KV, 132 KV Isolators. (a) Tightening of clamps and connectors & replace if found damage/defective. (b) Cleaning of porcelain insulators by CTC and checking of damage. (c ) Replacement of rusted nut/bolts of Isolator/ hardware fittings. (d) Tightening of male and female contacts and replace if found damage/defective. (e) Apply petroleum jelly between male/female contacts. (f) Tightening of earth link and its jaws. (g) Alignment of isolator and earth link. (h) Lubrication of all moving parts. (i) Testing of drive motor in cubical. (j) Tightening of all connections in Bay Marshalling Box. (k) Apply CRC on all connections in cubical. (l) Any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge.

( C) Following work to be carried out for Preventive maintenance of 220 KV Bay, 220/132 KV Bay Equipments. i.e. CT/PT/CVT/LA/Wave Trap (if installed) (a) Top up of oil after checking of oil level in CT/PT/CVT. (b) Checking of oil leakage and rectification if found. (c) Checking and tightening of clamps & Connectors etc. (d) Replacement of rusted nut/bolts if found damage in hardware fitting. (e) Checking and tightening of equipments earthling. (f) Checking the healthiness of surge arrester. (g) Any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site Incharge

(D) Work of complete maintenance of 33 KV switchyard by tightening jumpers/ connectors /clamps of CT,PT, isolator and circuit breaker of different 33 kv Bays at 220/132/33 kv s/s Roorkee.

(E) Providing daily basis without any holiday Services of 02 No. skilled labor for Work of special maintenance on breakdown/Crisis basis/fault tracing & removal on (in switchgear, equipment, machine, panels, junction box, trench gallery, including the preventive maintenance of 110 Volt Battery Set.

(F) Complete patrolling and Lopping - chopping work of 220 KV Roorkee-Puhana and Roorkee- railway line includes, (a) Work of Complete patrolling and Lopping - chopping of tree branches and removal of bushes from tower foundation in gallery of line and Tightening of nut & bolts as per requirement.

(b) Work of Complete patrolling of the line and submission or report.

(c ) Tightening / Replacement of line jumper .
