Work of shifting the Numerical Relays at Relay Room by shifting the Relay from the various T&C Sub Divisions under T&C Divisions Majra, Dehradun by ensuring all safety parameters and then accordingly shift the relays at safe place as per instructions of site - in charge with all cost of carriage, labour and T&P required for the completion of work.

Work of dismantling the wall to make across opening in a wall of circular shape of size 400mm. to fix 14"exhaust fan with the help of chiesel, hammer etc. required to make the circular shaped opening. Work also includes rubbing the surface to make it smooth and then disposing the excavated waste outside the premises at non - objectionable place with all cost of all labour and T&P required for the completion of work.

Work of Cement Plastering the circular shaped opening of size 400mm. in Cement Sand ratio of 1:6 by making the oepning even before plastering and repairing with complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of providing and fixing Back draft damper / fan shutter for 15" exhaust fan at the wall opening for proper ventilation and closure of opening in off time with complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of Providing and fixing 15" wall mounted water resistant metallic single-phase Industrial Exhaust fan of at least 90 Watt, 1400 rpm with strong air suction, powder coated and paint finished, metal blade of premium quality with high - speed motor. Work also includes fixing the Exhaust fan at the wall opening with the help of drilling, anchoring etc. required to mount the Exhaust fan with cost of all accessories, material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Work of Providing and Fixing Storage type 40 / 80 Litres of Storage and Cooling Capacity Water Cooler made up of Stainless Steel suitable for 230 Volts + 10%, 50 Hz. With Hermetic type with suction gas cooled motor, equipped with overload protector compressor, Propeller Type Quiet Condensor fan, Automatically Controlled Temperature thermostate and with R143 Refrigerant or equivalent of renowned make as Voltas / Blue Star etc. It must be ensured that the provided water cooler is designed to provide chilled and refreshing water with a cooling capacity of 40 litres per hour, with the capability to dispense enough chilled water throughout the day. It sholud have sturdy and robust outer body made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and water tank made up of food-grade stainless steel. Water Cooler should also be featured with an automatic cut-off system that stops dispensing water when the storage tank is full. Work then includes proper installation of the Water Cooler as per the instructions and direction provided by the OEM in Operating and Installation Manual Work also includes the complete cost of loading, unloading, carriage, labour, material and T&P required for the completion of work.

Work of Construction of Plinth of 2' height and Breadth and Length as per supplied water cooler dimensions by the means of manual excavation. Construction of plinth with Cement Concrete, Brick and other civil works required to make plinth in appropriate ratio of Cement - Concrete. Work also includes plastering the plinth to make the smooth surface by ensuring the free flow slope of water to the drain system and then painting two coats of paint of best quality by applying two coats of putty to make the surface smooth and even. Work then includes installing the water cooler at plinth by ensuring all safety measures with complete cost of all material, labour, loading, unloading, carriage charges and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of work.

Work of providing and fixing Wall-mount cum Counter-top Commercial Water Purifier RO Plant consisting the RO + UV + UF + TDS Control with minimum purification production rate 40 LPH of renowned make Kent / Aquaguard / Eureka forbes etc. RO plant should be made up of ABS food grade plastic with Reverse Osmosis Technology, Anti-bacteria 3-in-1 Silver Doser, Taste conditioner and Activated Carbon as post treatment of RO Plant and suitable for 250VAC, 50Hz. Work also includes fixing the RO plant on wall with all safety measures as per direction of site in - charge with all electrification and drilling, cutting work required for the proper completion of work.

Work of providing and fixing UPVC Pipe of 3/4" and 1/2" along for the inlet connections of water cooler and RO water purification plant. Work includes laying the water pipe line with proper fixing arrangement, dressing and then connecting the pipeline one end at Main water supply Line and other at RO Plant inlet point with all fittings and accessories required with complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of providing and fixing Drain Pipe minimum of size 150mm. for the outlet connections of water cooler and water purification plant. Work includes laying the Drain pipe line with proper fixing arrangement, dressing and then connecting the outlet of the RO Plant wastage line and water cooler wastage pipeline thru Tee and then drain the water at a open place in plants with complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of shifting of old Electro - Mechanical relay Panels kept at T&C Division, Majra, Dehradun by opening all the fixed nut and bolts, electrical terminations and other linked fixtures arrangement meant to keep the Panels fix and stationary. Work of displacing the Panels safely with minimum damages to the counterparts of Panels and other accessories as Furniture, Partition works, fixed doors, gates etc. Work then include shifting the Panels from T&C Division to Store Room (Approx. Distance - 200 meter) as directed by site in - charge by Manual means with the help of manual creeping, hand pallets etc. with complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.

Work of replacing the damaged / broken floor tiles and skirting tiles fixed along with wall at office of T&C Division Majra, Dehrdaun by removing the damaged floor tiles and skirting tiles and then throwing the abolished material / wastage at least 50mtr Outside the premises at non objectionable area by manual means. Work then includes providing and fixing the same colour, same size, same texture and same colour floor tiles and skirting tiles from the dismantled location. Work includes the complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the completion of work

Work of Providing and fixing Toilet doors of Male and Female toilet by replacing the existing damaged and swollen doors by opening the hinges and then removing the doors safely without any damage to door frame. Work then includes fixing the 18mm. plyboard doors of appropriate size suitable for existing door frame. Work also includes painting the doors with yellow colour wooden paint by applying the two coats of wooden primer and two coats of paint over it on bith sides with complete cost of all material, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work.
