The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last 7 years, with specific requirements such as: - At least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of works (Rs. 277.26 Lacs) - Alternatively, at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of works (Rs. 207.95 Lacs) each - Another option is to have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of works (Rs. 138.63 Lacs) each For Electrical Works Experience, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works. The bidder should also have experience of work required in specific areas, such as implementation/construction of similar works under a Central Govt. Department / any State Govt. Department / Central or State Govt. Undertakings. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum experience of 5 years for a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. The value and percentage of similar works completed should be at least 40% of the contract value, which is Rs. 138.63 Lacs. The actual value of similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed and completed specific items/quantities of work during the last 7 years, including Earth Work, PCC Work, RCC Work, Reinforcement, Centering Shuttering, Brick Work, Plastering Work, and Flooring (Tile & Stone).
