Design, Supply, Handling/Shifting, Stress fitting and Assembly, Installation on existing foundation, Testing and Commissioning of Fixed Head type High Mast as detailed below: Design Considerations, Total height of assembled High Mast, from bottom of flange to the top of head frame shall be decided by the Bidder as per proposed lighting simulation, meeting the Illumination and Glare requirements stipulated by BCCI/ICC for HDD televised events for International level matches, subject to a minimum height of 55m, Constructional and dimensional parameters of High Mast structure shall be decided to meet the structural loading requirements corresponding to the wind speed specified in IS 875 (Part III) for Haldwani, Uttarakhand, with standard safety factors and a design life of 25 years, Polygonal mast structure shall be manufactured from HT grade steel with not more than one longitudinal welding per section and without any circumferential welding, except for the flanges. The structure, Head frame and all accessories, as applicable, shall be hot dip galvanised to achieved minimum average coating thickness through single dip process, Suitable fixed type head frame shall be provided with appropriate number of cross arms, approach ladders and maintenance platform. The Head frame should be deigned to install requisite numbers of floodlights, quantity as arrived through lighting simulation, subject to a minimum of 90 floodlights (of approx. 25 kg each), each of up to 1.6kW rating and shall have a provision to install additional 4 floodlights, as spare, The mast shall be provided with appropriate lightening arrestor, necessary hardware and attachments and should have suitable provision to installed two aviation lights at the top, High Mast shall be incorporate appropriate provisions to receive external, removable man rider unit, cabling, etc., as may be required to complete the system in all respects,
Design, Construction and Material of the High Mast shall conform to applicable standards/norms and its design/structural stability calculations.

Supply and Fixing of Foundation Bolt Accessories comprising of bolts, nuts, washers, anchor plate and template. Size and number of bolts, anchor plate, etc. shall be decided based on the structural loading requirements. The exposed threaded portion of bolts, complete nuts and washers shall be hot-dip galvanised.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of External, removable man rider unit, common for all the four High Masts. The man rider unit shall be supplied complete with winch, stainless steel wire ropes, motors c/w its controls and all other accessories to complete the system in all respects. The system shall incorporate all essential safety features to prevent any accident even if any of the wire rope breaks and shall ensure complete safety to the operator.

Construction of shallow open raft type foundation with ‘M25’ grade concrete with suitable grade steel reinforcement for the High Mast, as above, considering actual safe soil bearing capacity of soil as per SBC report, complete with all materials and labour. Supply, Installation on cross arms of head frame of high masts (c/w provision of appropriate mounting hardware), Testing, Commissioning and Aiming of non-integral LED Floodlight Fixture of compatible for DMX/DALI protocol Interface, set up for external SPD of 20kV and remote drivers. The System wattage of floodlight shall generally be between 1.3 and 1.6kW as per the proposed lighting design to achieve lighting level and other performance requirements set out in BCCI/ICC guidelines without any exception.Overall system efficacy of the offered floodlight shall not be less than 100 lumens/watt at CRI not less than 90 @ 40 deg C. Lumen maintenance shall conform to L70B50-50000hours @Ta 35 deg C. The CCT of Floodlight shall be 5700K with CRI not less than 90, TLC index as 90, Degree of Protection shall be IP66 and Impact Resistance as IK08. Powder coated & pre-treated in Eight Tank process. Pre Wired and ready to install at site.
