The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the Estimated cost of work, or at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the Estimated cost of work each, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the Estimated cost of work each. For Civil Works, the bidder should have executed a minimum of 50% of the BOQ quantity for quantity-based works or 70% of Capacity for capacity-based works. For E&M Works, the bidder should have executed a minimum of 50% of the BOQ quantity for quantity-based works or 70% of Capacity for capacity-based works. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The bidder's experience in similar works will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and in between on a pro-rate basis. The evaluation carries 20 marks. The bidder is required to provide details of physical quantities of items required in the contract data, executed under different agreements by the bidder in the last 7 years. The aggregate sum of subcontracting should not be more than 20 percent of the total Bid Value.
