The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes having completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Alternatively, they should have completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring it to the current costing level. The experience of work required should be under a Central/State Govt. Department and its Undertakings. The bidder should also provide details of these works, including the project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of the contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and cost of work after completion of the contract. Additionally, for specific types of work like Electrical works, the bidder should be registered for Electrical works Category class "C" & above in Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam and is experienced to execute such work. For specialized work of fire fighting, the Bidder should either have self experience of Fire Fighting work in any government work or the bidder will submit the MOU with any manufacturer/ authorized dealers/ registered agency preferred brands as mentioned in the bid document for its execution. The evaluation criteria for technical evaluation include quality of works, personnel and establishment, and plant and equipment, with a maximum of 100 marks and a minimum qualifying mark of 60 marks overall, with at least 50% qualifying marks in individual items. The bidder's technical evaluation will be carried out based on the information furnished. In terms of specific values and percentages for evaluation, the bidder should have completed works with a value of at least a certain amount to be eligible, with 80% for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% for 1.5 times of minimum eligibility criteria, and evaluation in between will be on a pro-rata basis.
