NS Design, Supply, Handling/Shifting, Stress fitting and Assembly, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fixed Head type High Mast as detailed below:

Supply of Fixed Head type High Mast for stadium lighting application, complete with all accessories and as detailed below.

Design Considerations and Construction Features: Total height of assembled High Mast, from bottom of flange to the top of head frame shall be as per proposed lighting simulation, meeting the Illumination and Glare requirements as per relevant standards, subject to a minimum height of 14mtrs. Constructional and dimensional parameters of High Mast structure shall be decided to meet the structural loading requirements corresponding to the wind speed specified in IS 875 (Part Ill) for Dehradun, with standard safety factors and a design life of 25 years. Polygonal mast structure shall be manufactured from HT grade steel with not more than one longitudinal welding per section and without any circumferential welding, except for the flanges. The structure, Head frame and all accessories, as applicable, shall be hot dip galvanized to achieved minimum average coating thickness through single dip process. Suitable fixed type head frame shall be provided with appropriate number of cross arms, approach ladders and maintenance platform. The mast shall be provided with appropriate lightening arrestor, necessary hardware and attachments and should have suitable provision to installed aviation lights at the top with mounting accessories,equipped with photocell for automatic switching. Design, Construction and Material of the High Mast shall conform to applicable standards/norms and its design/structural stability calculations. Appropriate arrangement for mounting MCBs for floodlights and to receive incoming supply cable from Feeder Pillar, etc. shall be provided inside the door of each High Masts. Supply of MCBs is included in the scope.

NS Supply and Fixing of Foundation Bolt Accessories comprising of bolts, nuts, washers, anchor plate and template. Size and number of bolts, anchor plate, etc. as per manufacturer's design, The exposed threaded portion of bolts, complete nuts and washers shall be hot-dip galvanized.

NS Unloading, Handling/Shifting, Stress fitting, Assembly, Installation on existing foundation, Testing and Commissioning of Fixed Head type High Masts, as above. The scope includes provision of necessary T&P, lifting crane/hydra, etc. adhering to prudent pracices and following all safety requirements.

NS Disassembly of existing sports mast poles includes the safe removal of all components, such as lights and electrical systems, along with the disassembly of the mast structure

NS Construction of RCC Foundation for the above High Masts as per manufacturer's recommendation and design, considering site conditions and complete with all material, labour, consumables and T&P.

NS Supply, Installation on above High Masts and roof, Tesing and Commissioning of LED Floodlight luminaire with a housing of non-corrosive high pressure ADC with corrosion resistant powder coating and Anti-dust exposed Lens to ensure protection. The luminaire should have CRI 70, SDCM 5 and CCT of nominal 5700K and shall be compliant with IP66 and IK08 classification. Luminaire shall be of minimum system wattage of 450W at a system efficacy of atleast 125 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall be designed so as to ensure lumen depreciation of up to 30% over 50k burning hours @ design ambient temp 35 deg C. The luminaire should have fins on the back to ensure good heat dissipation and to prevent dirt from settling on the luminaire along with aiming angle scale. The electronic driver should be fully integrated and shall have a power factor 0.95 and THD 10% with a minimum inbuilt surge protection of 4kV/kA internal & 20Kv enternal and suitable for an operationg voltage range of 140-270V AC.

NS Providing Chemical Earthing for High Masts and Feeder Pillars as per site soil conditions, following prudent practices, complete with requisite material, labour and chamber.

NS SITC of Outdoor Type, Double Door Feeder Pillar with minimum 2mm thk (for straucture) and 1.6mm thk (for doors, etc.) MS sheet duly pretreted with 7-Tank process, powder coated of specified shade and provided with Sloping Canopy for installation on base frame. Suitable size of TPN Aluminium Bus Bar, Earth Bar, Padlocking arrangement, Detachable Gland Plate with all standard accessories shall be provided. The Feeder Pillar shall be deigned to accommodate following MCCBs, MCBs and Interconnection, etc. as reqd - 1 no. Incomer of 100 A, 16KA, FP MCCB c/w ON/OFF and R/Y/B LED indicating lamps, 3 nos. outgoings of 63 amps FP MCB Isolator and requsite nos. of MCBs.

NS Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation of painted MS structure of appropriate size/design on the building wall for mounting of requisite quantity of Floodlights and allied accessories as per the lighting design. The scope of this work includes provision of necessary material/accessories, such as, fixing/grouting hardware, clamps/arrangement for fixing electrical wiring and LILO boxes for providing electrical power supply to the floodlights.

NS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type, IP 55, double door with canopy, cubicle type Main Power Supply Panel suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA steel of 2 mm thick for frame work, 1.6mm for the doors/covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates and of compartmentalized design. It shall be provided with TPN aluminium alloy bus bar of high conductivity, with base frame of M.S. section of suitable size, aluminium earth bar of size 25mmx 5mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud, complete with FRLS copper control wiring, cable alleys, cable gland plates, including the items mentioned below. The panel should be suitable for Pedestal mounting, 500mm above ground level with necessary base frame. Incoming Power Supply Section : The incoming power section shall comprise of the following; 2 Nos. 400A, FP MCCB (36kA) with thermo-magnetic releases and other accessories, such as, spreader link set, rotary handle, etc. as Incomers. These MCCBs shall be mechanically interlocked to ensure that only one Incomer is ON as any stage.

Each incoming MCCB feeder shall be equipped with the following items;  1 Set of LED indicating lamps for phase indication (R, Y, B)  1 No. 0 to 500V AC, Volt Meter with VSS & control fuses.  1 No. 0 to 300A, Ammeter with ASS & CTs of ratio 250/5A, cast resin type with class-1 accuracy.  Digital Multifunction Meter, three phase with RS-485 Port, Cl-1.0, 96 x 96 sqmm.  Other accessories, such as, control MCB SP 6A, 10KA, CT Terminal Disconnected Type, Neutral Link, etc. Note: The incoming feeders shall be designed to receive 1100V grade, LT, aluminium armoured power cable of specified size. The outgoing supply section shall comprise of the following; 6 Nos. 100A, FP MCCB (25kA) with thermo-magnetic releases and other accessories, such as, spreader link set, rotary handle, etc. as Incomers. Each outcoming MCCB feeder shall be equipped with 1 set of LED indicating lamps for phase indication (R, Y, B) and 1 set of LED indicating lamps of showing ON/OFF status of the feeder. Other accessories, such as, control MCB SP 6A, 10KA, Neutral Link, etc. shall be provided, as required. Note: The outgoing feeders shall be designed to receive 1100V grade, LT, aluminium armoured power cable of specified size.
