The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- Three similar works each of Rs. 0.587 Cr. (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work)
- Two similar works each of Rs. 0.822 Cr. (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work)
- Single similar work of Rs. 1.17 Cr. (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value for these similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should also have performed civil engineering construction and maintenance works, with a total monetary value of such works for each of the last three years. For key technical personnel, the required experience is as follows:
- Project Manager: 03 years as Project Manager on Highway constructions/Maintenance works
- Site Engineer cum Material Engineer: 02 years on highway constructions/maintenance work
- Quantity Surveyor: 02 years on highway constructions/maintenance work
