S/F of the Pole is made out of M.S round tubular Pipe sections with steps as shown in the attached drawing. The pipe used shall be of B class as per IS :1161. The different pipe sections are joined together by means of swaging & welded joints. A base plate is joined with the pole at the bottom through welded joints. A pedestal of given heigh is provided at the bottom of the pole, the pedestal is mode of square MS tube and cast iron castings and asame as design shown in the drawing. A service window is provided in the bottom part of the pole to accomodate a 6 Amps SP MCB & 30 amp connector for mains connection. The cast iron embellishments are fitted at each step of th steel pole by grub screw fixing to enhance the decorative look of the pole. The pole shall duly pre treated by shot blastings process and painted with two coats of epoxy primer and top coat of exterior grade Poly-Urethane Paint in approved colour shade. The coating on the pole shall pass a minimum of 300 salt spray hours and shall have minimum 90 microns coating. The total effective height of the pole with be 8000 mm. Wind preassure calculations shall be done as per IS 875. Mild steel base plate size 450MM x 450MM x 15MM Thickness Weight of the pole must be 160 Kg detailed specifications and drawing are attached.

The bracket is attached to the pole with the help of grub screws provided in the bracket. The bracket should be suitable to accommodate the required heritage street light fixture. The bracket shall be duly pre-treated by shot blasting process and painted with two of epoxy primer and top coats of epoxy primer and top coat of exterior grade Polu-Urethane paint in approved colour shade. The coating on the bracket shall pass a minimum of 300 salt spray hours and shall have minimum 90 microns coating. The total effective height of the bracket will be 1000mm . Weight should be 20kg. Supply of Decorative street light of diametre 675mm, made out of spun aluminium, the diffuser shall be of polycarbonate. The LED decorative street light shall be of wattage 120W with separate driver placed integrally in street light housing. BIS approved Potted LED Driver should be of THD10% and power factor above 0.95. High power Led of above 1 Watt should be used to make. Cree/Nichia/Lumiled/Osaram/Seoul. Lenses should be used to give required optics. Ingress protection of optoical chamber shall be IP-66. The Lumen Efficacy shall be more than 100 Lumen/Watt. The street light body shall be painted with exterior grade of Poly- Urethane/Polyester coating in required colour shade. Detailed specification and drawing are attached.
