The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Civil Engineer: 5 years of experience in execution in park/civil development - Junior Engineer: 5 years of experience in execution of civil works - Civil Supervisor: minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction - Electrician: minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction The bidder should have completed similar works costing not less than 25% of the project cost. The similar work shall mean comprehensive beautification work, and preference will be given to those contractors who have completed satisfactorily the following works: open air gym, installation of kids' play equipment, solar and yoga area development related works in any park. The bidder should have prior work experience in construction contracts as a Prime contractor for the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. Specifically, they should have satisfactorily completed works similar to the project, with one similar work costing not less than 25% of the Project Cost. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in general construction, with specific experience in contracts of similar size and nature. The bidder must fill out Form EXP-1 for general construction experience and Form EXP-2 for specific construction experience. The financial resources requirement for the subject contract is 10% of the estimated cost. The bidder must provide an undertaking certifying that the information on all current contract commitments is correct and complete.
