The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Civil engineer: 8 years in execution of civil construction work - Junior engineer: 5 years in execution of civil works/steel structure works - Civil supervisor: 5 years in civil construction - Junior engineer electrical: 5 years in electrical works - Electrician: 3 years in electrical works The bidder should have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 80% of the project cost. The similar work should be comprehensive civil construction/renovation work with fabrication of steel structure in roof truss, etc. Additionally, the bidder should have: - General Construction Experience: Experience under construction contracts in the role of Prime contractor, for at least the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. - Specific Construction Experience: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the Project Cost. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the Project Cost. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the Project Cost. The bidder must provide information on contracts of similar size and nature, including the contract number, award date, completion date, role in the contract, total contract amount, and percentage of total amount if the bidder was a partner in a joint venture (JV) or subcontractor. The total contract amount for similar contracts is to be specified in INR. The percentage of similar works completed is also required, with specific percentages mentioned as 40%, 50%, and 80% of the Project Cost for different similar works. The bidder's prior work experience is related to the "Assessed Available Bid capacity" calculation, which involves the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the last year at a rate of 10 percent a year.
