EARTH WORK

EXCAVATION Earth work in excavation over areas and in foundations (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sq.m on plan) up to 3.0m depth in all kinds of soil except rock, getting out the excavated soil and stacking neatly the excavated soil as directed within plot boundary as per filling requirements, dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, strutting & shoring of sides and disposing off the balance earth for all leads inside plot boundry .

EARTH FILLING IN TRENCHES Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, over foundations, grade slab, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering for all leads inside plot boundry Complete .

SAND FILLING(TERRACE GARDEN) Filling in plinth with fine river sand under floors or raft slabs including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete for all leads inside plot boundry.

CONCRETE WORK

FLOORS 1:3:6 Providing and Laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) under floors, in footings and bases for columns, including the cost of centering and shuttering.

FOOTINGS 1:4:8 Providing and Laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) under floors, in footings and bases for columns, including the cost of centering and shuttering.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE- SHUTTERING WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Lintels, beams, Slabs & edges of slabs.

Columns

REINFORCEMENT Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

NOMINAL MIX CONCRETE Providing & laying in position reinforced cement concrete work M-25 1:1:2 ( 1 Cement : 1 Coarse sand :2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) for structural elements, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

In raft slab,plinth beam, footing, bases of coloumn etc and mass concrete

In suspended floors roofs, landings, window sills, staircases, and balconies at all floors all levels

BRICK WORK

BRICK WORK IN SUPER STRUCTURE Providing and laying first class brick masonry of class designation 75, of any thickness in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all lead, lift and scaffolding complete to the entire satisfaction of Engg in charge.

HALF-BRICK IN SUPER STRUCTURE Providing and laying half brick walls 115 mm thick of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including providing and placing in position 2-nos 8mm dia m.s bars at every third layer of the half brick masonry including all lead, lift and scaffolding complete as directed in superstructure to the entire satisfaction of Engg in charge.

PLASTER 20 MM 15 mm average cement plaster 1:5 (1cement : 5 fine sand 75% fine sand 25% coarse sand by weight) on brick / RCC surfaces including providing and fixing 24 gauge 18mm size galvanised chicken wire mesh of approved width at junctions of concrete and brick work (with necessary laps and 'u' shape galvanised wire/nails) and other similar location or as instructed complete. The item includes all leads, lift, & scaffolding etc required to execute the work complete to the entire satisfaction of Engg in charge .

RR 1:6CCS STONE MASONRY WALL- Every course of stones shall be hammer dressed and laid truly horizontal and every vertical joint shall be truly vertical. Faces shall be accurately squared and each face joint shall be dressed at right angles. The face stones shall laid alternate headers and stretchers. Each course shall consists of stones of even thickness not less than 3 cm and not more than 23 cm. the width of stones shall be more than its height and no stone shall tail into the wall twice their height. At least one third of the face stones shall tail into the wall twice their height. The walls shall be carried up truly plumb. Stones shall be so laid that all the joints are quite full of mortar and the thickness of joints shall not exceed 12 mm. The stones going through the walls shall be well distributed providing in the whole wall by arranging them in staggered fashion in successive courses. The intervals of through stones shall not be less than 1.5 m in each course. For walls upto 60 cm thickness, a through stone shall extend from one face of wall to another. But in case of walls of greater thickness at least 15 cm side over-lapping headers forming a stone joint shall be laid from face to back. Corner stones or quoins shall be dressed to correct angle. The short bed of the stone shall be at least equal to height. The quoins shall be laid with header and stretcher in alternative layers

METAL WORK

MS WORK IN BUILT UP SECTION Steel work welded in built-up sections, and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer and painted with two or more coats synthetic enamel paint to approved shade in all locations for all lifts etc complete.

GI Sheet 22 Geage both side covered with plastic film, and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying in all locations for all lifts etc complete.

FLOORING

PARKING, STAIRCASE FLOORING- Providing and fixing as per approved sample 30mm to 35 mm thick quality machine cut Grey Kota stone slab in flooring, laid in required pattern over a bed of 25-30 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment complete as per specifications.

SERVICE AREA FINISHINGS Providing and laying in position as per approved sample ceramic/vitreous tiles (without warpage of approved make, shade, shape and colour) on walls/floors laid on 12 - 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 course sand ) including grouting the open joints with cement grouts of Bal or equivalent etc . complete.

SERVICE AREA WALL FINISHING - Providing and laying in position as per approved sample ceramic/vitreous tiles (without warpage of approved make, shade, shape and colour) on walls/floors laid on 12 - 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 course sand ) including grouting the open joints with cement grouts of Bal or equivalent etc . complete.
