Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, orange colour, ISI marked, nominal size 90mm dia with 75mm inner dia, conforming to IS: 16205 Part-24, including connecting accessories i.e couplers, connectors, bends, sockets, for protection of electric cable, laying in trenches, duct or fixed to walls/ poles as required, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Prince/ Finolex/ Astral/ RC Plasto/ Supreme.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor of 10.0 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1.0metre apart including 4.0mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the road depth up to 1.50mtrs below the ground the level and making trench of suitable width to laying 80mm bore galvanised pipe across the cross-section of the road I horizontally for passing electric cable including making good to road surface as per existing specifications or with plain cement concrete M-20 (1:1.5:3), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of cutting the road, laying electric cable through galvanised iron pipe and material required for making good to road surfaces, shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 16.0 Sqmm, 2.0-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 95.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling or taking down of ACSR conductors, setting aside and depositing in MES store for re-use in other work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Tricolour LED strip Rope Light,18 RM Long, LED Count not less than 60 LEDs per Rm for bright and uniform light, IP65-Waterproof, Flexible Rope Light for Outdoor Usage, Plug and Play Indian Tricolour Strip light, Colour should be Orange/White/Green of equal length including, making necessary connections with junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Make-Wipro/ Phillips/ Bajaj/ Surya/ Havells.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type hard rock, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Stone retrieved from excavation shall be issued to contractor.

Change over switch, rating 200 Amps, four poles, 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz, off load, conforms to IS:13947 (Part-3); IEC:60947-2, side handle, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Havells cat part No- IHBFFE0200 or equivalent in Indo-Asian/ L&T/ Legrand/ Standard/ ABB/ Controls and switchgears/ Merlin Gerin/ Schneider/ Siemens.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR EXTERNAL ELECTRIFIACTION WORKS.

Attanding day to day complaints for maintenance and repair of street/ perimeter security light fittings of any type and any specifications or any accessories related to security light fittings of any descriptions, fitted/ fixed on poles, buildings or watching towers of any heights and any location, and re-fixing the same after necessary repairs/ replacement of defective parts including rectifying the same as per directions by concerned JE E/M and Engineer-In-Charge, at various locations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of T&P, ladder or mechanical lift shall be deemed included in quoted rate. (ii) Supply of spare parts of light fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% and Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Havells cat part No- IHLLSEB40400 or equivalent in in L&T/ Legrand/ Merlin Gerin/ Siemens/ ABB.

Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, 50mm bore, ISI marked including all fitting such as bends, socket, connectors, back nuts, etc, laid in trenches or under floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type-410, SP-31 (9.00 meters long), including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the exposed surface and two coats of bitumiunous paint on embedded surfaces, including one No yellow strip and two Nos of black strip at 1.50 mts height from the grond level, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 26 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% and Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Havells cat part No- IHD2HOBF0200 or equivalent in in L&T/ Legrand/ Merlin Gerin/ Siemens/ ABB.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 120.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of Mild Steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside and depositing in MES store for re-use in same or in new work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out underground LT cables of different sizes, by excavation or earth work in any type of soil or by removing bricks or PCC tiles of any size and re-laying the same in trenches or Re-routing after rectification of fault as required complete all as specified and directed NOTE: - (i) Joints and Jointing materials, new cable, additional bricks/ PCC Covers, sand shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Retrieved serviceable bricks or PCC cable cover/ Bricks and sand shall be reuse on the cable and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with galvanised iron strip, size 32x6mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces.

Arial bunched cable, 1100 Volts, nominal cross sectional area 70.0 Sqmm, consisting four single core (Three Phase and one Neutral), sizes 4x70.0Sqmm+50.0Sqmm, each core screened by an extruded, semi-conducting cable, XLPE insulated and screened again by semi-conducting layer and aluminium tape and XLPE insulation, phase identification tape, twisted around one insulated messenger of 50.0 Sqmm as mention here-in-before, messenger will made out of aluminium and mild steel alloy and over all PVC or polythene sheathed, stretching the cable on existing poles with mild steel anchor clamps, suspension, clamps, hooks, nuts, bolts and washers including cable ends/ straight through joints (in-line connectors), tee junctions as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling insulators any type, any size, complete all as specified and directed.

LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 Volt, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, and including house service bracket for mounting light fittings House service bracket any type complete with 1.50mtr long galvanised iron pipe 40mm dia medium grade, bent to required shape including mild steel clamps of flat iron 40x6mm, hook, stay, nut, bolt and washer including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton cat part No- Crompton Wanderer Plus 60W or equivalent in Havells/ Bajaj/ Phillips.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Arial bunched cable, 1100 Volts, nominal cross sectional area 25.0 Sqmm, consisting four single core (Three Phase and one Neutral), sizes 4x25.0Sqmm+16.0Sqmm, each core screened by an extruded, semi-conducting cable, XLPE insulated and screened again by semi-conducting layer and aluminium tape and XLPE insulation, phase identification tape, twisted around one insulated messenger of 16.0 Sqmm as mention here-in-before, messenger will made out of aluminium and mild steel alloy and over all PVC or polythene sheathed, stretching the cable on existing poles with mild steel anchor clamps, suspension, clamps, hooks, nuts, bolts and washers including cable ends/ straight through joints (in-line connectors), tee junctions as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,91,152.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made junction box, made with thermo polycarbonate, weather, water and vermin proof, having IP-65 protection, dust proof, for outdoor use, having internal dimensions 195mmx140mmx65mm, suitable for road/ street lighting for 3-phase/ 4-core high wattage LED based lighting system for industrial applications, suitable for pole mounting, including 01 No. MCB single pole, 6 Amps and 04 Nos. aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating duly drilled holes for connections, cable glands, clamps etc for making necessary connections having openable door with locking arrangement, including mild steel iron flat size 25x3mm having holes, nuts, bolts, washers, for fixing/ mounting on poles, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on internal and external surfaces, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only tape roll having good quality adhesive, roll length 10.0metre and 5.0cm width, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged automatic street light switch with new Automatic Street light switch of capacity 8 KW in single phase using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals enclosed in pole / wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (Make: Sintex) conforming to IP54, including mounting arrangement with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with complete accessories as under including taking down old street light switch, complete all as specified and as directed.
